Ricky at the main reception area was excellent, helpful and very friendly. He said that he was very embarassed by the state of the room. And although the manager didn't apologise, he did let us use the spa pool without charge. Loud parties downstairs each night of the stay. We had a Junior Suite which was a very unclean room - cobwebs, bottle tops and rubbish behind TV, sticky mess on coffee table, grubby marks on walls, and the paint on the ceiling above the bed was peeling away. In-room safe didn't work and was not replaced during our stay - the manager's explanation was that "someone must have gotten at it", which doesn't say much for the building's security, or the guests staying there. |

Location is great and the room has everything we needed. We travel to Rotorua very often and this will be the place to stay! Pilows are too thin, a bit uncorfortable. |

レストラン街が近くにあって便利でした。 元々湖側の部屋の予約だったのに「無料で湖側にアップグレードしました」と言われ変な気分でした。クロゼッ- トのドアのたてつけが悪く、半分ドアが開きませんでした。 |
