The staff were very nice and the room was spacious and well presented. It was exceptional value for money. I will definitely look to stay there again.

Very modern furniture and decor in the room. The swimming pool was well looked after and fully fenced. Also provided picnic tables and an inflatable boat to play with in the pool which was nice. The kitchen was not sufficient to cook in- no oven only a small microwave, fridge and sink. The shower head in the bathroom was far too low and was difficult to use for adults. Had to request a fan on a 33 degree day as there was none supplied in the room.

Booking said it had 4 single beds and clean and tidy No wine glasses. 4 single beds weren't made up Only 2 towels were put out on second day, other apparently were in the cupboard Spa cover very hard to ake off and on so put us off using it the second night which was disappointing. Needs a hook to hook to wall make it easier and safer. Apparently I should have requested 4 single beds on note part of booking system but from memory it only brought up the 4 single beds on the booking page.

Enjoyed my stay, happy with the service, great area, do not think will be back to Napier for the same reasons but most enjoyible. THANK YOU. No complaints other than the hot pool may have needed to be put down 2-5 degrees, was just a bit to hot.

We'd prefer if the rooms would have been serviced the next day of our stay. There has been parking problem also. Some man came the second day and took our parking in front of our room where our car was parked and it was bit hard for us to load and unload the things from the car.
