private spa option xtra food treats available. multiple sky channels avaialble if we wanted Relatively easy to find as located on main road into whakatane. very close to main road so a lot of vehicle noise late at night or early hours of morning. The weather was very hot and room was quite hard to cool down unless all windows and door open. Disadvantage of this was allowing more noise from road traffic to come in,

The spa pool was luxurious and relaxing. Staff were helpful and friendly..including the cleaning staff attending the adjacent room in the morning! Instructions for the spa pool would have been helpful..hints abut leaving the fan extractor on with the pool still full in the evening..would have helped to keep the floor ..and ceiling dry (toilet paper got very wet from condensation on the ceiling ) lol
