Decor/funiture beautiful, new and clean. Large room with great view. The king bed huge and comfortable. The bath plug did not fit, I used my $40.00 bath spa treatment, put it in the bath water, went out the room for a glass of bubbly and on return the bath had emptied!!! |

Easy parking and access to room. Warmth of room, additional blankets, and that the room was serviced. Need new pillows, and more kitchen utensils eg baking dishes, frying pan, salad and vegetable bowls for serving. In the future under a replacements program install a larger TV in the lounge room which many of your competitors have. |

Beautiful, spacious apartments, right on the lake front. The room design is fantastic and perfect if you are staying with a group as there are bathrooms in each room. Also, the kitchen has everything you need, the heating and insulation were great, and the staff come and help clean up - really fantastic service! Mantra Marina is some distance from the town so some form of transport is required (bus or car). Although the lake is beautiful up close, there is a walkway that runs right outside the apartments so not really that private. Not a problem if you on the upper levels. |

I like friendly and helpfull staff,view,cleanliness,modern design,decent colours used in interior and nice furniture. the only thing i did not like was lack of tv programs.I found only 4 tv programs in tv and that's not enough in 21st century,I think.Specialy in Queenstown,were you need some entertainment for rainy days. |

I very much enjoyed the space of the living area and the view The second bedroom was too small, the beds too hard and the noise too loud as we were very close to the road. The online advertising gave us to believe we would be down beside the lake and this was not the case. the room closest to the road was definitely noisy. |

Very spacious apartment with everything you require for a short or long stay. We arrived at 2.10pm and we were told our room would not be ready for another hour. As there is no restaurant or cafe there we had to go back into Queenstown. |
