The size of the 2 bedroom apartment and quality of furnishings. Very luxurious for price paid. We asked for an accessible room for a disabled person in the party but there was no seat in either of the ensuite showers. Being on ground floor there was no privacy from car park or foot/cycle path. |

Beautiful apartment - very tastefully designed and furnished - couldn't fault it!! Modern with two ensuite bathrooms in 2 bedroom apartment. The whole cpmplex felt very welcoming. Great tv quality, and everything we needed for an apartment booking. Local supermarket handy too. You need a car to get into Queenstown, but we had one so it worked. |

Nice new modern-design motel. Very Comfortable with lots of wide open spaces. Up to the minute modern tapware and kitchen design. Lots of wandering ducks coming up to your doorsteps wanting to be fed every morning. They always leave a green mess with their droppings. Also the medium-size thin bath towels were not of the quality in keeping with a motel of its high standards. The hand soap dispenser was extremely difficult to use. |

Very comfortable accomodation. We had a lakeside Appt. and found it very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Distance from the town was further than we realised but there is a regular bus service with a stop just outside. |

It was excellent, and the apartment was big! It was a wow wow wow! All the facilities were modern, there was a well kept kitchenette, lcd tv, radio set.. Spacious living room and kitchen separated from the master bedroom. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in our 2 weeks in New Zealand. Totally impressed! |

Apartment was sheer luxury.Perfect for relaxing for 3 nights during a month long tour of New Zealand. Every mod con imaginable with stunnig lakeside views. Was our most expensive accommodation whilst in NZ but worth every penny. Can't recommend highly enough. Upgrade to lakeview is a must. Looks unassuming from outside, Do not be put off! |

The place was immaculately clean ,brand new and is so spacious.every detail was taken into account to maximise comfort.The price was unbelievably low for the place.I wished we cud stay longer and just enjoy the appartment n its quiet surroundings.It'll be a fantastic place for families to come n enjoy right next to lake wakatipu.you can cook in the beautiful the kitchen that has all the facilities.It was so close to the airport and en route of the connectabus which has day pass for only $10,to use all day to travel to and from city centre.You save heaps by not being at one of the pricey hotels in the city centre .Since the city centre is only 10 mins on the bus and you don't miss out.The cute balcony overlooks the lake.Awesome stay!!! no roof just outside the hotel rooms, so u get wet when it rains.It was raining when we were checking out, so hated the lack of conectivity between the reception and rooms and the 2 lots of stairs.But perfect apart from that!! |

This is one of my favorite places I've stayed. Beautiful design, amazingly spacious, fabulous kitchen, great views of the lake and mountains, a table on the deck, right on the Frankton track and on the bus route into Queenstown (helpful if you don't have a car). I could have moved in and stayed for weeks. |

We (2 adults and 2 children – 8 and 10) stayed in 2bed, 2 bath apartment on the first floor. It is near new property. The apartment size is very good. Fittings and furniture quality is excellent. Kids enjoyed access to the lake. The view (the lake and the mountains) was magnificent. The view is available from selected apartments as most of them have trees blocking it, also be aware of apartments not facing the lake directly – they face very much either a Frankton road or other units. Property is double glazed, so noise isn’t an issue when windows are closed. There is a well equipped BBQ in the complex. Parking is freely available. Staff is very friendly. The distance from Queenstown is about 4km. Walking isn’t an option unless you are really into it. We had a car so it wasn’t a big problem for us, though I would still preferred to be closer. Apartments are literally next to a walking track and you do get casual bypasses regularly. Again it wasn’t a problem for us and we found it even entertaining, though this is something to be aware of. |

location and view - the lake is just a few meters away and the town center= a few minutes away, the apartment was very spacious, well furnished with new modern design look, cooking facilities were very good, bath rooms were spacious and very nice indeed...it was the best place we stayed in NZ and our only regret was that our travle plans did not allow us to stay longer we liked every single bit of our stay at marina apartments! |
