Slightly too far out of Queenstown, its actually Frankton.

i can say this is the best apartment that i found around queens town, the design was great, big living room and comfy sofa, kitchen with best utensils , washing machine and dryer , clean and neat and modern. will surely stay here for next visit

I loved the view and location. Facilities were great and the kids loved the free DVDs

connecting door to next door appointment allowed too much noise to come from neighbours. Soap and shampoo contain parabans which are not eco friendly

Extremely well maintained, clean and great value. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Nothing not to like but you must have a car, if you are staying here. It is 6 km to downtown Queenstown.

Extremely comfortable we'll appointed apartments. Very spacious and well maintained. Out of town a little way but quiet and located on the lake.

Friendly helpful staff, modern up to date room. 5 mins to Queenstown but convenient for Airport and retail park.

No views from motel rooms

Brilliant place to stay. To be frank, it turned out much better than I had expected it to be. We took the room with a Lakeview and it was just perfect. They have laundry in the room itself, so thats very convenient. Though its a few kilometres away from the centre of Queenstown, it isn't much of an issue, since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you reach the city centre in just 5-10 mins. This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to new Zealand.

Somehow my travel card(credit card) did not work, though it worked for all my other payments all over New Zealand. But this isn't a major issue as such, since we just withdrew cash from an atm the next day and paid them. I'd suggest you make your payment the day you check-in itself, so that you can pay in cash during one of the subsequent days, in case your card doesn't work.

Liked having a three bedroom apartment, with three ensuites. Lovely lounge and lakeside balcony. H Had fun as a group, but privacy as well

Office closed between 12 and 1 and didn,t respond to cellphone. (I was locked out)

Lovely room. Quiet and modern.

The location, staff and facilities were all very good and we had the idea that everyone was trying to make our stay pleasant.

There was a minor issue with the late room cleaning but that was quickly resolved.

Beautiful, clean, spacious lakeside location. Perfectly sited away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, yet an easy 5 minute drive to get there. Handy for airport. Stunning views from apartment.

We were upgraded owing to a misunderstanding of arrival time so we had a suite rather than the room we had booked. This suite was spacious and had full facilities for cooking and washing which our original room would not have had.

Arrived at 9pm and found that the hotel was only staffed until 7pm and despite attempting to contact someone we could only get a message service and had to go find another hotel for the night. This would have been impossible a week earlier due heavy bookings in peak season. Had tried to phone through earlier and even contacted booking .com to make the contact all to no avail. We were far from amused but showed the next day and as the hotel was embarrassed by it all we were given the upgrade.Have travelled the world and never known such poor customer service that would leave the client with a prebooking without access.

Brilliant accommodation, very clean and tidy with everything you would need for a break away from home. Great view of the lake from our apartment too which was great. Would highly recommend!!!

Is a bit away from town so best to have a car...i don't drink alcohol so was sober driver but if all of party was drinkers then taxi would be needed.

Our first nite was in a unit right by the road and it was very noisy. However, we were then moved to a unit away from the busy road which was much quieter. Also, the booking.com rate was considerably dearer than the 'walk-in' rate which was available on all 3 nights during our stay. Disappointing!
