Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Location was really good and there was plenty of room to relax. One of the bathrooms was really dirty and the plates, glasses were also dirty. I informed the staff but was very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness. |

the view., the decor was nice convenient location some of the lighting was not working, the oven was not working and we had food to cook. the walls are not sound proof.. had little sleep due to other guests talking. the pillow are too thin. |

The view. The room was poorly equipped,there was no jug or milk so we could not make any tea/coffee. The noise from High Street nightclubs was very loud, could not sleep. |

The location was great. The building was great. I could walk to the Viaduct. It is in the heart of the CBD, so there is no need for a car. The hotel had great views and a nice gym, pool, and courtyard. The staff was more than willing to please the customer. They were quite nice and very helpful. The hotel was managed by two companies: Metro Suites Serviced Apartments and Metro Suites. Metro Suites is the 5-star operation. Metro Suites Serviced Apartments was not up to par with the 5-star quality advertized. It was a "ma and pa" operation, providing 2-star service. Because of this, certain hospitality aspects were missing. My room was filthy and missing items. The living area’s furniture should have been replaced over a year ago. It was stained, full of hair, and damaged. I did not inform them of the state of the room. I cleaned it myself and bought the items that were supposed to be supplied. Booking.com should require the "ma and pa" operation to correct the star rating they advertise at. I would have passed if I knew. |

The apartments have a luxury finish and great facilities. The Hotel is also well situated to allow walking to most points of interest within the city. The staff were very unorganised. We paid an additional $75 for parking and had to change our parking card twice. The card still failed to work three times. The staff did not know how to fix the problem and we had to follow another car out of the carpark. |

appartements très agréables:sécurisant,belle vue sur la baie d'auckland, très spacieux,propre,bien situé,bien équipé(machine à laver,sèche-linge),piscine et spa pool, sona propres!ascenseur et pargking sécurisant. à propos de la réception:j'avais l'impression que le personnel était des étudiants qui travaillaient en job d'été, pas très professionnel malgré qu'ils étaient sympas. |

proximité de toutes directions,facilité d'axer à l'appartement,pas trop bruyant au 30ème étage. Vous rentrez dans un super hall d'accueil au troisième étage pour finir au deuxième étage à l'extérieur dans un bureau pour finaliser votre arrivée et après bonjour la débrouille. |

호텔위치는 여성분들이라면 대부분이 좋아할곳입니다. 쇼핑,레스토랑 볼거리가 오클랜드에서는 가장 많은곳이라 생각하시면 됩니다. 서비스는 제가 지금까지 이용한 호텔중 가장 최저점인 10점만점에 2점을 주고 싶습니다. 객실청소,욕실청소등 일주일에 한번한다고 합니다. 욕실 샤워부스에 금발머리카락이 하수구에 가득하여 제가 치우고 사용해야했으며, 타올도 매일 교체하여주지 않아 일일이 내려가서 치워달라고 해야 교환해줄정도로 전혀 5성급호텔이라 믿기지 않을정도였습니다. 저는 5성급호텔이라하여 booking을 했는데 호텔은 따로 reception 이 있고(Metro hotel), Metro Suites은 개인이 몇실 분양따로 운영하는 service aprtment였습니다.reception이라든가 service운영방식이 체계적이지도 않고 아파트시설에 비하여 굉장히 부실,실망스러움을 감출수없을정도였습니다. |
