Ambience. Location. Service.
I little bit of the expensive side but out of the small selection in town is the best.
Excellent place to stay. Spoilt for breakfast.
Very comfortable. Good breakfast
Beautiful views all round Free wifi with easy log in & good reception, best wifi we've had Pleasant 1km walk into town Wine, cheese & biscuits provided at 6.30pm. Chance to talk to hosts & other guests
Nothing, it was perfect!
Lovely friendly welcoming and accommodating hosts who as well as being just good company were able to supply us with a whole host of information relating to the Fox Glacier area as well as other areas we intended to visit. A real treat! Pete and Rowena
Everything - especially fabulous breakfast and fun complimentary drinks in the evening
Great location, really nice to have wine and cheese welcome drinks with the owners. Delicious breakfast
Location, Dave and Lee the owners were superb. Great breakfast they cook just what ever you want. Wine and cheese at 6.30pm a great idea and you meet some great other travellers
Heated bathroom floor in mid summer. Temp 25*c
The host prepared the wonderful cheese plate and wine for welcoming. And the resort self is close to fox glacier, with nice decoration. Breakfast is also beautiful and fresh. Strongly recommend.
Very nice Owner Family
Very confortable and lovely place to stay. Fantastic host. Everything was really good:wine, jus and cheese at pre-dinner and wonderful breakfast. Wi-fi well working. Warm and friendly athmosphere and very nice room.
Nothing to say
Allocated the honeymoon suite which was very spacious. Great spa bath. Separate area for fridge meant no noise at night. Pre dinner drinks and snacks very welcome and sociable. Best breakfast offered in NZ.
Everything from the minute we arrived. Home from home.
Nothing to say here
Lea & Dave were so friendly, charming and helpfull. Perfect hosts. We felt like at home.
We were given a warm welcome by the owners of this small B&B on a damp October evening. The room was warm, beds comfortable, breakfast wonderful : our choice of cooked breakfast prepared before our eyes, as we sat at table with the other guests and exchanged travel tips.
The small fridge in the room was noisy, but we just unplugged it. The walk from the car park to the room is treacherous if you forget to take the (helpfully provided) torch! The B&B itself is easy to miss in the dark.
Wonderfully comfortable room with a stunning view from our window. French window leading directly onto patio, Lea, the owner, is very helpful and accomodating
The atmosphere of feeling like a family friend - great place run by an excellent hostess
The view from the rooms was stunning. Wine and cheese at 6 p.m. much appreciated. Lea and David were friendly and helpful and booked a helicopter flight for us which was awesome. Breakfast excellent.
Nothing, except that poor visibility shortened our flight.
Friendly owners, the welcome wine and cheese on arrival. Family atmosphere, good breakfast. Location with glacier view
Beds comfortable. Breakfast good.
Overpriced. Even more expensive than top hotels we stayed at.
What a place! Wine, cheese and bickies with Dave and other guests at 6pm. Great local knowledge, helecopter for Fox Glacier left from backyard. From arrival felt like being at home.
Everything, upgraded to honeymoon suite, even though married 38 years. Five star quality, invited for pre dinner drink with host, dave, and other guests. A pleasant experience.
The very friendly owner and the pre-dinner cheese and wine each night
