The gorgeous foyer and art. The proximity to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The rooms didn't really match / were a step down from the first impression in the foyer. |

The ambiance, the service, the food was excellent both for lunch and breakfast (we did not stay for dinner) and the proximity to the city. Our room 122 was cold on entry and adjusting the temperature on the room dial and switch did not seem to make any diference. We did not call for assistance as we only used the room for sleeping. |

The atmosphere in the downstairs lobby, the convenient location the great room rate. The ground coffee I received on checking in. The cooking smells on the third floor, the shower - not strong enough. |

The humming noise in the room, presumably coming from air conditioning on the roof,as it switched of around midnight. Would recommend this hotel but not the fourth floor. |

Was upgraded to an apartment room - very pleasant, lovely furnishings, clean room and pleasant reception staff. Room was very warm - no/little fresh air and air con was too noisey! The steamer/frother on the coffee machine had been discontected - so disappointing. |

Aside from all else the staff were awesome. We had A few additional requests with parking and storage etc. They were always friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. The rooms were beautifully appointed and a good size. The room was also quiet. Secure parking was excellent, as well as being able to store luggage prior to check in. Plenty of towels was also a pleasant change. |

I made an error on internet booking and arrived on wrong day! Staff very understanding and even though I offered to pay as the mistake was mine, they waived the extra night fee. I will go back there again |

Being upgraded to an apartment was wonderful Party noise from adjacent apartment was unacceptable and our complaints were handled poorly by hotel staff . It was bad luck but spoiled our much needed nights sleep (still suffering from jet-lag). We requested compensation but were ignored. |
