Friendly, helpful staff for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. we were delighted to be upgraded from a classic room to a suite which was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal for central city activities. In all, we had a pleasant stay. |

Great facilities, rooms and decore and staff were friendly. The kids loved having the indoor pool and spa when is was wet and windy outside. Alarm went off and woke our family up at 6:45am after a late night. Suggest hetel ensures alarms are turned off when servicing rooms. |

Great location in the heart of Wellington close to Courtney Place - cafes, bars, restaurants, close to galleries and museums too. Fantastic decor - like staying in an art gallery :) Bedroom was not cleaned particularly well and we had to call down three times for the bathroom accessories and milk to be restocked :( |

Bar staff were brilliant. Very polite, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in other hotels in Wellington, which I found pretentious. Museum Hotel is upmarket without being ostentatious. Parking is some what restricted, depending on the time you book in. |

The hotel was absolutly excellent. Having stayed in many of the top Wellington Hotels I can say this is head and shoulders above the rest. I particulary liked the personalised welcome note. Nice touch. |

The Room was a great size, very modern and clean. The Bed and Linen were of a very high quality. The Bubbles provided were very nice. Breakfast was superb! We enjoyed our stay very much. I own a Bed And Breakfast on Waiheke island and staying at your hotel was a real treat The Staff at your front desk were less than accomodating when i arrived very casual and not what im sure you want to represent yourselves on arrival. We had issues with our refrigerator, It was in fact keeping things hot and not cold we complained to front desk and he offered no solution and was not helpful or simpathetic to our cause, we had to order ice many times to keep the wine cold, this was not received over the phone well, although it did arrive promptly which was very good. Your day time staff the next day, you cleanning staff and the staff at the resturanant were very well presented and accomodated our needs to a T. The Robes in the room were dirty and were missing belts. Otherwise we had a great night thank you :) |

The staff were very professional and well trained. Very helpful and we were made to feel welcome. The design and decor are very enjoyable. The description of the room booked did cause confusion. We were in an apartment type(no bath) and we thought we would be in a "classic" type with a "bubble-Bath". A small thing but was a misunderstanding for us. |

I liked the relaxing atmosphere and friendliness of staff. The location was excellent as we were attending a function nearby. Have heard very good things about the restaurant "Hippopotamus" and are keen to return and try it out. |

I was convenient to that part ogf Wellington where I was doing business. I was sorry that I couldnt get a room until mid-afternoon. The problem here is that people from out of Wellington usually fly in to do their business in the morning. However there are also usually gaps in the schedule for the business day and it would be good to have your room available earlier to use as a base to work from. The alternative is if the Hotel had a business centre where one could go and work and not use the lobby area. Maybe you do have this facility. I should have asked I guess! |

I was pleased to have a room at the front of the hotel giving me a view towards Te Papa and the harbour. Not very pleased that my room was next to the laundry, noisy in the morning. |
