The staff were incredible. The place has everything you could want in a stay. Laundry machines all free (and full sized) parking, caring staff. Duvets sheeting and towels really good quality. Lots of fresh air!! In the early morning people got up and moved around very very early. Due to building design, there's no sleeping in!!

Thought it was a great place to stay - bed was amazing - the location superb, clean, modern, simple. We loved it and will come again. Small detail - we had a bbq on the 3rd floor which was fun - though there was only one utensil - previous users must have taken tongs - receptionist couldn't find any - then the lights went out around the building -(timer?) it was early evening - and plunged us pretty much into darkness and so cut short our little session - other than that our stay was fabulous

Best hotel in NZ in its price range. Very convenient for some good restaurants. Not too far from the centre of Napier to walk into town. Nothing. Simply a great hotel!

My only negative was the volume and noise created by the staff at the next door cafe setting up in the morning... Their talking and clattering was of a level that it woke me up. Not sure if the upstairs unit would have the same problem? But in future would ask not to be in this area.

They had a cafe attached to the hotel that provided Great breakfasts. The location was good if the weather was cooperating, near the beach & restaurants & waterfront wharf. Napier was just a convenient stop on our month long journey through New Zealand. I'm not sure it would be a must see location otherwise.

Always a pleasure to stay, great outlook, modern unit, very comfortable and great restaurant or cafe eating within walking distance. Pleasant beachside location for a decent walk each morning. Basement parking a bonus.

Clean, comfortable and modern The bottom of the Side entry door was raised from the floor. When entering the building the door closed on my heel which cut the heel and required 4 stiches. This is a design fault and safety hazzard that needs to be fixed. Reported to manager.
