I was only there for 5 hours over night and found it a little expensive for the time. The competition is cheaper. Also there were no towels in the hotel room, I found this out after the shower and had to dry myself with two flannels!

having to move rooms because the first one didn't have a bath Also, is there an opportunity to help out dimwits like me - my early morning flight from Akl to Npe was, the night before, delayed 2 hours and I didn't call to check. If you asked my flight number and could check any issues with it, that would be awesome

The location is great

I checked in at 2am in the morning. I was informed to check out at 11am... 9 hours stay... They could not offer me a late check out... Flatly refused and told me that they rent the place by houry rates.. So I paid $269 for 9 hours.. Not a good deal I was sold an upgrade to receive free interne access. 15 minutes after I checked in, I called the receptionist to inform them of my inability to access the internet after lousy 10 minutes of slow access use. I was informed that it shows that I have used my allowed quota which is extremely and horribly puzzling. They transferred me to it support line,,, it was already closing on 3am.. I needed to catch some sleep. Thus, I hanged up and went to sleep needless to say, I never got to use the internet which expensively paid for bad deal you should be ashamed of yourself.. It is high way robbery

convinient place to transit when you travel from abroad 10 hours flight nonstop to south island. room very comfy and cool. the transfer bus from international to domestic terminal just right in front of the hotel .

Location near International Terminal. Extreme quietness. Excellent designed bedroom. Fast efficient restaurant service and check-in/out.

Bit pricy when compared to other quality hotels I have stayed in at key tourist resorts.
