the hotel provides every facilities that's necessary for the travellers. I'm very impressed for their dish washer, cloth dryer and washing machine. The price is really worth of money! Parking area is a bit too narrow so it's quite difficult to park and it's dangerous for the car. |

The proximity to Queenstown townsite with a quiet location, luxury rooms and magnificent scenery makes this an ideal place to stay whilst on holiday. Excellent value for money and close to all tourist attractions including day trips to adjoining towns. |

My family and I enjoyed the fabulous views of the lake and mountains, peacefulness and space for us to enjoy. Warmth in a cold climate and no condensation on the glass to spoil the view! Remarkably beautiful. |

Room was clean and quite upmarket. Nice bathroom, great view. Convenient to bus stop No forks. Reception seemed unable to source one which was ridiculous seems they have a restaurant. Room was quite small but wasn't too bad. Quite a walk from town |

Good location, not too far from the town but quiet. The hotel has a very weird lay out and it was quite difficult to find our room! Parking was a bit hit and miss. |

Location The room was so hot it was uncomfortable, we had to sleep with the door open to get air flow, when we requested the underfloor heating be turned off we were told to go knock on the door to the next room and ask them to turn it down as the controls were in their room. This was unacceptable. I requested that they call that room and ask as it was not my position to go round disturbing other guests. Heating controls should have been in our room as this discussion made no difference and the room was still heated to an extreme a degree that chocolate was melting on the table. As this hotel was booked as a surprise for my partner on his birthday it was somewhat ruined by the fact the room was to hot to stay in. |

Het hotel is mooi en er zijn zeker mooie kamers aanwezig. Het is best ver lopen naar het centrum en de goedkoopste kamers hebben maar een heel beperkt uitzicht op het meer. Dat is jammer. |
