prima kamer, en voorzien van de nodige acccesoires en 24*7 receptie De kamer was dan wel erg goedkoop, maar als je alles extra moet betalen zoals shampoo of zeep... Ik kreeg een easy-jet idee |

Close to the Square. Close to the Bus Exchange. Not a lot of traffic noise. Comfortable accommodation and a good experience. Ventilation at each end of the corridor created a draft that literally whistled under the doorway of each room. In spite of my scepticism, the towel provided by the very helpful receptionist solved the problem satisfactorily without our having to move. The problem is encountered in each room and easily remedied if you think to ask about it. |

Very good location, at a good price. Building is in very good nick... The remote for the heat pump was broken, so couldn't set temperature. A small oil heater was provided, so I didn't freeze. |

only location of hotel is good well, this is not a 4 star hotel, they don't have any meal service and charge you for everything: cleaning, towels, toiletery, internet ...I wouldn't stay there again |

Istay is in a central location which made walking around the city very convenient. We didn't need to arrange travel unless visiting out of the way attractions. Our original room had a faulty window and the staff were excellent in arranging a replacement room for us without any delay or fuss. Much Appreciated!!! In our new room we found that there was a considerable draft coming in where air pressure from the aircon in the hall was pushing air under the door. This resulted in a considerable noise nuisance which kept us awake at night. We solved this problem by putting one of our jackets on the floor as a draught stopper. Perhaps a draft strip might be added to the doors to stop this? |

Location is great, yummy Thai across the road and a bottle store right next to it, all in the heart of Christchurch. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As we were out till the wee hours of the morning, all we needed was a bed and shower, however the music from a nearby club was loud and clear in our room so I don't recommend staying here on the weekend if you want an early night. Perfect if you don't! Our room was freezing when we got into it as the heater hadn't been turned on (christchurch winters are really cold!) but once the heater was going, it didn't take long to get the room warm as it was so small. There was also a wicked draft under the door which made an awful hissing sound until I got up and put a towel down to stop the draft. Ladies, bring your own face cloth if you normally use one as the hotel doesn't provide any for some reason. |

Helfpful and friendly receptionists Noise from nearby club went on until 5am on Saturday night, keeping us awake - it was very loud. Tights found under one of the beds. Ill-fitting balcony door meant that the living space was cold and draughty. |

handy to town clean comfortable cost of parking put the cost well up above other hotels in area that provide the same type of accommaditon - one near was $99 per night with full breakfast and free parking thought $20 a night was over the top. also our park had other cars parked there |

Friendly staff, great service, good value, that plus the close easy walk distance to the very centre of Christchurch and all the restaurants, sightseeing, shopping that offers. no, we had a fantastic stay on both nights we were there. |
