L'ambiance sympatique ainsi que la gentillesse du staff.

Small, relaxed and friendly place. Staff were organised and helpful.

Great bed and bath/shower. Location was ideal and quality of food for breakfast was impressive especially the coffee.

Boutique hotel so design is out there. However some things didnt work like the open toilet design and the small vanity and lack of shelving.

The size and the rooms are exactly what we look for in accomadation.The loaction to the city and the waterfront is great.

The room was not cleaned properly the table was not cleaned.This was the only thing that let you down.

Not enough privacy for bathroom.

It had a lovely atmosphere, cosy and intimate. Ohtel has a helpful staff, unique furnishings and an ideal city location.

Very comfortable and luxurious room-the staff are so friendly and helpful easy access to museum,grocery,the harbour,town and great restaurants,great shopping close by-to me it was great walking distance to all

Arrived early in Wellington and called to see if we could check in a little early. The reply was curt and on the point of being rude. This hotel is the top end of the range and I just thought it strange to get such a response........ But we loved our stay so no worries

A very small cozy hotel near downtown. The rooms are large enough, modern and clean.

Whoever designed the rooms and furniture at this hotel has apparently never stayed at a hotel himself. There was one tiny closet for clothing storage, and no dresser/drawers at all. The bathroom also had virtually no storage or shelf space for our toiletries. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a curtain - no door. The bed frame extends outside the mattress - a hazard for injuring your knees if you get up out of bed in the dark. The phone is located in a niche over the bed's headboard which means you have to climb on the bed to use the phone.

De service was geweldig. De kamer echt verschrikkelijk mooi ingericht.

De rand om het bed was erg mooi, maar stootte er mn been aan, minder prettig zo midden in de nacht. Badkamer is mooi, maar weinig haakjes of plankjes

Gute City-Lage. Leider etwas laut. Sehr guter Service. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus; das wird durch Valet Parking und die Kosten dafür nicht kompensiert, da das Auto nicht jederzeit und mühelos zur Verfügung steht.
