Overall, very good value for money

The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. They look very tired and dated.

The studio room was spacious, clean and quiet. This is an older style motel but it had everything we needed for a comfortable over-night stay.

The bathroom was a little tired but spotlessly clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Palm Court and the welcome we received at reception was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Proximity to everything, Very clean, great for mature family as the unit had two bathrooms and separate bedrooms. Helpful friendly staff. Everything we needed was available, such as reasonable guestaurant, information, kitchen utensils etc.

Bathroom may need an update.

We thought the receptionist girl was 10 out of 10 This is a lovely top class motel and will recommend it.

We only stayed at the Palm City Motor Inn for one night but it was absolutely terrific. Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, bending over backwards to help us with a minor car problem. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, could not have been more helpful. We arrived late in the evening and our dinner and drinks in the restaurant went down a treat, lovely home cooking. Breakfast was also perfect. Excellent price and good location. Would reccomend to all.

Co-operative staff - good communication over arrangements for our late checking in. Unit well serviced, complimentary plunger coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent facilities, access to laundry, drying, pool and restaurant. Competitive pricing.

I loved the soft bed.

Hotel owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Studio clean and roomy, very nice kitchenette, great selection of coffee and tea. Complimentary extras, milk for coffee, beach towels, use of washing machine, decent to very good meals available with bar service for a reasonable price.

Toilet paper was the only paper product provided. Paper towels would have been nice for the kitchen and Kleenex for the bath.

Budget superb for 5 adults

The staff were amazing and so helpful. My Grandchildren loved having 2 TVs in the motel and the pool right outside our door. They thought it was very flash. We couldn't have wished for better and would recommend it to others and we would love to stay there again.

Meal at restaurant nice but quite large.

The rooms were very spacious and suited two couples as two seperate bathrooms. Pool was brilliant and great for relaxing. Great couple running motel. Very friendly. Will be back again

The staff were friendly, the room we stayed in was great for a family and was right by the pool. Easy to find which is great after a long journey. Would stay there again when we are back in Napier. :D

The only thing that I didnt really like was the parking as there is not much room specially if you have a big car like we do but it wouldn't stop us going and staying there again.

Very friendly and accommodating proprietor/manager and staff. Rooms were clean and tidy and the queen bed was very comfortable. Despite comments about "what I didn't like" I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending to others. Great location for our visit - cricket tournament.

I have no complaints about our stay. The comments here are intended to be informing only. The weather was extremely hot, which made it hard to sleep at night. For the one bedroom unit (two rooms) a second fan would have made sleeping more comfortable. Poor reception on the television and not all buttons worked on the remote. Liners in rubbish and recylcling bins were under-size making use a little tricky at times. Foot leaver for lid on rubbish bin did not work.

Bad smell in room however staff did attempt to deal with it.
