the family unit was spacious and comfortable. There were a few cleaning problems but they were soon attended to. The meal was ok, although the chicken salad wasn't given much thought and certainly wasn"t satisfying. |

I think the people at the hotel were some of the friendliest people I have dealt with. We did not care for the continental breakfast they had and thought it to be substandard to most hotels. |

This is a very nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms, good value for money, free movies plus free wireless internet (the latter being quite a rare thing in New Zealand). |

Staff was helpful and courteous. The pictures look better than the inside of room and bathroom. No ac, had an odor, very drafty windows, windows were not secure . The "free "internet" was not working the day I was there so had to pay $2 every 20 minutes for email on the lobby computer that ate up your money and didn't track the time properly. |

Gepflegte Hotelanlage, entspannte Atmosphäre, netter Service. Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, war als 4* Hotel deklariert, würde aber unter der Kategorie 2* fallen. Für eine Unterkunft als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geeignet, aber nicht für einen Familienurlaub angedacht. |

お客様をお連れしたのですが、1室を喫煙希望にしたにも関わらず、禁煙ルームに予約が入っていた。Stud- ioの予約だったため、ホテルではなく、モーテルのような部屋だった。WEBサイトではそのことがわかりに- くい。 部屋で南京虫に刺された。床の掃除があまり行き届いていない気がする。 |
