Wifi is essential for travellers both leisure and business and must be free!
Great restaurant very nice setting
The room was not clean. The bath was VERY grubby stains all over the carpet. Such a difference when we came to Queenstown for 10 days. Shame really it's such a great spot
Welled arranged for our honeymoon trip, nice building and everything is in good service.
Very good ,nothing complain
I am absolutely going back. I even noted my room number for future reference.
Clean Nice looking. Good bed.
Parking was in most cases 80-100 metres from the unit. No power point in the bathroom! No sink in kitchen. Carry cups and kettle back to the bathroom. Power points near the floor. The sliding door was awkward to lock, needed slight adjustment.
The barman / waiter was the best. My wife, self and baby were treated royally. We've only heard of Southern hospitallity! He epitomises it. We were also on our 3rd year marriage which made it more memorable..
The room had a dank odour in it, and may have swayed us on the cleanliness issue. However slept like our baby.
Bathroom looked clean.
Food scraps all over the floor, dust and grime on all the furniture, melted chocolate on the sofa. Hair in the bed! Toenail clipping on the floor in the bedroom!! Disgusting state of cleanliness. Very noisy heat pumps (room next door) kept us awake.
Location was okay, restaurant was good.
Complex is very large, we had a one bedroom villa facing the lake, however the main highway runs right in front of your villa so very noisy. Our villa was not serviced on the first day at all. Found the whole complex to be very clinical, no personal service. They seem to cater for large bus groups from Asia, the interiors are uncomfortable, tiny bedroom and massive lounge and dining with very tired and uncomfortable seating. One bedroom adjacent to our villa felt like we were sharing everything, could hear everything. Wouldn't ever stay here again. $915 for three nights way overpriced!
Service is not good. The room is very small and noisy.
Facilities were modern, good view and location.
Windy in spring.
Proximity to lake and shops
no Free WiFi plus extra if a late checkout needed
This was our second stay here, we had a two bedroom apartment with mountain views. The first time was lake view and we should have done the same this time, it was stunning. We had dinner in the restaurant this time and it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and the food amazing. I highly recommend it !
A toilet upstairs would have been good for our worn out knees :)
We had no room to open our suitcases the room was so small. Rooms are very small & it is more like a hotel than the friendly spacious motels.
- Best hotel in Lake Tekapo area I believe - From the pictures I thought the hotel may not be that nice. But it turns out it is just excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is surprisingly big as well. - The hotel area is nicely furnished. - They offer different types of villa where one of them must fit your need - Staff are very friendly. I kept the same staff 5-6 questions in an hours while she was very patient and very willing to help - Balcony is so nice with a view over lake Tekapo - Room facilities are sufficient and very clean - Just perfect for honeymoon / couple / family - Nothing much to criticize about
Some villas may be a bit far from reception.
room to small
Beautiful and luxurious accommodation
Close to all local attractions. Comfortable bed. Modern clean room & bathroom.
Extremely small room, not what we expected from website details. Noisy from apartment above & appliances attached outside Window, no view as expected, felt very claustrophobic in our room, so went out all day for 4 day stay. No room for any chair, foot of bed was only 30 centimetres from front door. No free wi-fi so ate elsewhere & used their Wi - Fi. Room not serviced until late afternoon each day.
Large, roomy apartment with all the mod cons and good heating.
Never been so cold. Windy and Snowy outside but cosy inside.
Very limited coffee & tea in the room, only UHT milk in the room & no toaster in the room. Instructions for operating the heatpump would be handy.
The bathroom was great
No table or chairs. We had or coffee sitting on the bed using our suitcase as a table
Can't think of anything I liked- I was very disappointed with this 'Resort'
Our room was not advertised as what it was- a 'sleep and go' room. It was minute, depressing and no outlook what so ever- 1 tiny window out to carpark. Turned back covers on first night to find blood stains on bed cover! They transferred us to another room(late at night) second room found a pubic hair in bed! Mould in grouting in shower, the back of door and door frame was filthy- had to leave note asking for it to be cleaned. We were not even offered a discount for all the problems and filth we encountered. No matter how good the deal looks- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Clean, comfortable. Good location and easy walk to town.
Room very small with no view. Staff no overly helpful.
My elderly dad and I were travelling around New Zealand and staying in a different hotel every night. The room at peppers was the smallest by far. We found it difficult to move around each other. Bathroom was almost as big as room!
The staff were amazing! Very friendly, the food was lovely as well.
I had seen a deal for $170 cheaper on a different website forthe same room. Was very disapointing that i could not change the booking. The people above our room were very loud till 2am slamming doors.
size of room, no view from room
