Loved the fact that the staff were friendly and easy to deal with on the phone! We arrived a lot later than 10pm and the staff were more than willing to accommodate this!

Wood panelsmade appearance cosy and although compact the space was superbly organised / equipped in the cabin. The communal facilities were the same with added attraction of rambling bougainvillea making the environment attractive and homely.Staff were delightful.Everything an in- transit visitor could want was provided perfect stopover for ferry crossings. Shower facilities though basic were fine but it wasvery unappealing to see rows of used,wet foot towels on floor in front of each cubicle( even quite early in the morning). A washing basket culd be provided and maybe sign with option to pick up one from reception for the occasional person who does not bring their own?This does make work for staff but the standard in every other regard is so absolutely excellent that I noticed this one tiny thing

So clean. music in toilet/shower block. seat and wee shelf and lots of hooks in the shower cubicle. internet access, free coffee, friendly lady at reception. decent mirror in toilet block. tv in the chalet. Nothing we didnt like, but maybe ensuite chalets could be offered.Also a big leap to get to the chalet step wise(for old unfit people like me)

The cabin had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean, neat and tidily presented park. Excellent communal kitchen and lounge area. Very clean communal toilet and shower facilities close to cabins. Pleasant and welcoming manager. Cabins had no en-suite facilities. Had to leave the cabin at night to go to the toilet and shower. No facilities within the cabin to make toast or boil water for coffee.

Clean and nice people，good price，I would like to book with them again. Little bit far, no really far. 15Mins walk, When u arrive at night, u need transport otherwise could lost easily, but transport for 3 people only $10 is cheap. Day time is easy to find way out.

I stayed in a lodge with double bed. It was comfortable, nicely furnished, warm and very clean. The kitchen lounge was lovely as well and free tea and coffee were provided. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The owner gave me a lift into town when I checked out as I had a heavy pack. I would definitely stay here again. Next to a busy road and the trucks were noisy at night, but didn't keep me awake.

This place is great value for money. It is close to the picton town centre (10min walk) and the cabins are beautiful. Lovely wood and come with a couch, ipod dock and tv. Great value!!!

Very Clean and central.The receptionist was very friendly and warm.Great value for money and convenient! apart from the toilet not being in the Chalet.so if your depress for a wee you would have to go before bed time. I would definitely come back again.

The place was clean and the service was friendly. The guy at the front desk actually loaded all of our bags and brought them to us so that we could see the town. The kitchen area and bathrooms were so clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
