Bed a bit hard .
Very clean an friendly .
Every thing is super tidy(kitchen, shower room...). Room is really comfortable and lovely! Free tea and coffee. Nice and friendly stuff! They help us lift our luggage to the coach station when we left.
Radio in toilets, having to pay for wi-fi
Common area is very comfortable, tidy with a zing of colour
Close to ferry dock
No en suite option and nothing to buy in terms of shop of dinner and no information. Very quick check in
Clean and nice check in
The campground was very close to the Picton Ferry terminal and about 10 min walk from town. The facilities were very clean, bed comfortable and access to free tea / coffee in the shared kitchen. The staff were very friendly, overall a good stopover after getting off the ferry or before travelling next day, would be happy to stay again.
the surround sound of traffic
friendly atmosphere and cleanliness well maintained
I don't feel that we should be charged for wifi. NZ needs to be consistent and make wifi free.
Clean, friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Located close to ferry terminal so was easy to find. Great facilities.
Stayed in cabin. VERY nice and comfortable, quality bed linen and complimentary tea/coffee. Have already told others that's the best camping ground cabin I've been in, and they kept the facilities waaay above average!
Great Location, Lady on reception very friendly and helpful, room was superb for a Camper park!
Nothing I can remember!
It's all good.
The staff were really friendly, offering us a lift into town with our big bags when it was pouring with rain. Facilities were very clean and the bedrooms were little wooden cabins which were very cosy and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and would recommend to anyone for a stay in Picton
short walk to town, 2 mins from ferry port, the site is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Stayed here before and would definitely stay again. friendly and helpful owners.
Small rooms but ok.
Compare to the amount of money you pay this is an excellent place to stay.
Service by staff
comfort and cleanliness of unit.
We stayed in cabin these were clean and comfortable. As this is a small campervan park all facilities were close at hand
Clean, comfortable, quiet, handy location, good laundry, friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Wifi wasn't optimal.
Very good place to stay when arriving late to or leaving early from the southern island. Quaint stay with good facilities, we enjoyed it, had everything we needed and thought it was very good value for money.
Nothing. This was good value for money!
I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent, clean facilities and the friendly staff. I was travelling with my teenage son and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely kitchen too! This was outstanding value for money. I highly recommend to others.
Tidy and warm cabin.
great place to stay to explore the area, quite grounds, great little cabins, we stayed to catch the ferry the next day, clean shared lounge and kitchen, great friendly staff, easy walk into town to get supplies etc
very noisy since the location of the camp site is just beside one of the main road. A lot of car passing by since 6 am.
Shame the camp is not within close proximity to southern bus service. You need to walk into town which is a good 10.00/15.minute walk to the service. In bad weather it would not be good.Quiet a bit of truck/bus traffic noise. Sign posting for amenities - direction, could be a little more in the open,...like a central post with directions,I found quiet a few of the elder/foreign visitors to the camp could,nt find things, ..I can not fault it other wise.
The facilities were super clean, camp was super tidy,Cabin was close to all amenities.A grocer is handy across the road.It was comforting to feel "safe" while on my own.I would gladly stay here again.
very clean, friendly, quiet, very good wifi
