Very affable & helpful staff/management. Immaculate units serviced daily. Close to 4Square & Freshchoice supermarkets. Good place to stay if using Picton as base for exploring Sounds. 1 mug size coffee plunger. Heating, as universally in nz , well below uk standards -- not an issue in summer but not so good at turn of season to winter.

The friendly and helpful staff plus the location was great. Rooms were comfortable and warm. Hard to park cars and if you were not careful you would miss it as shops on either side.

Conveniently located close to the ferry in Picton. Friendly staff had turned on heater in room so it was warm for our late arrival from the ferry. Nice fresh milk in a jug, not the usual awful UHT treated capsules. The rooms were a good size and nice and clean. Will stay again next time I am in Picton

Awesome friendly couple who couldn't do enough to help, even gave me tips on how to make a fish trap while at Outward Bound - sorry Kent nowhere near water where I was, so no fish this time. The complex is right in the heart of Picton, and yet very quiet. Will definetly be back when I'm down that way.

Handy for ferry.clean,friendly reception. Bathroom/shower area.louvered windows in shower, all abit dated in that area. We thought over priced.expected more for website rating.stayed in better for less in sth island.

The motel is so central you can walk anywhere. The couple who owned it made us feel very welcome & gave us good advice where to et. The room was large & comfortable with flat screen TV. The large bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this motel. Nothing.
