The room was nicely presented, neat and tidy with a cosy feel. I found the presentation of the hotel was generally pleasant, and the utilities within the room sufficient for my needs. I also liked the eco-friendly water/heat system in the bathroom. I found a few of the staff members impolite. A couple however were very nice. |

It was right in the city and we only had a short time so it was easy to get around. We checked out at 10am and they let us leave our car and luggage there till 12pm when we needed to leave for the airport. Very convenient. no it was very good for what we wanted at that stage in our holiday. |

Difficult to pull up in front of in a car, so poor access. It is the first time in memory that I have been told by staff that "You didn't tell us you were bringing a car, so we are going to have to charge you $15 for a car park" I can not remember anywhere on the booking website where i had to, or could book a car in! |

nothing I would never stay at the hotel again. I asked for extra pillows and whoever delivered them had a smart comment about only 2 people and we needed 6 pillows. I have a back problem and pillows are really important to me. Never again |

They changed our room without question when advised that the beds were old and uncomfortable and made a note of our complaint. Our earlier stay four weeks previously, prior to touring, was in a similar studio, but beds much better. The 12th floor room we were moved to was fine too. The self service laundry facilities(there are three on different floors) were quick and efficient.Great location. |

Location and ease of being able to walk to harbour/shops/Tower etc.Laundry facilities appreciated tho dryers not efficient. Luggage storage very useful kitchen equipment in rooms poor/sparse esp glassware, crockery, utensils. Teabags/sachets of coffee sparse. No milk provided. We reserved a room with an entertainment area but unable to use it effectively in the way we expected or would have liked. TV poor |
