Close to the airport and a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. Everything was great except for the untensil draw was broken. |

The shuttle service from the airport to the motel was reliable and on time especially as it was very late at night. Unfortunately I was only there for the 1 night but all went well. We were requested to use the shuttle some 30 minutes earlier than necessary as we were told that other guests had to be at the airport at a cettian time, however after rushing to accommodate we found there were no other guests going on the shuttle. Thouhgt this less than accommodating. |

Very close to the Auckland airport. Basic accommodation and no restaurants in walking distance so you had to eat at the hotel. Prices in the restaurant were expensive for this standard of hotel. |

airport transport prompt. I don't know where these people got three stars? I should have read reviews more carefully! We were also shown a double bed when we had requested a twin.staff was argumentive when questioned about twin reservation. There was not much to like about this motel. It sure isn't up to Quality Inn standard. I plan to write to Choice Hotels. We arrived at 10.30p.m. our flight was late and if we hadn't been so tired we would have gone elsewhere. Dreadful beds ,old tired ,dirty rugs. holes in wall.We travelled 64 days in N.Z. and AU.This was our only really bad night. |

The friendly staff at reception. The cockroach on the curtain and most importantly the huge amount of bed bugs ......disgusting to say the least. Poor circulation in the rooms and no fan or airconditioner. |

We arranged our booking in August 2008. requesting Twin Room.When we arrived Dec 08, we were taken to a Double, but that was changed when we reminded management of our stated preference. |

shuttle service was very inadequate.....no sign on vehicle stating Quality Inn....Had Oakwood Manor on side of vehicle and very small Quality Inn taped to windshield. |

Staff generally unhelpful. No continental breakfast available until 7.00am. Poor condition of transfer shuttle. Rooms not comfortable and dust everywhere |

The way the shuttle kept us waiting in the cold at 1.00 in the morning and then eventually arrived with the name of another motel on it !!! Smell of rotten carpet, Leaking ceiling and musty mouldy bathroom, my wife refused to shower unless I killed the blowfly in there. Bed felt damp. |

L'attente pour la navette bus qui apparemment nous avait oubliés devant la location britz et nous avons du effectuer le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport chercher d'autres clients pour revenir ensuite à l'hôtel !!! (+ de 45 minutes d'attente)) |
