Conveniently located close to the airport with free parking we chose this of the booking.com flash deals for the nice price.

When we arrived our reservation made on the evening before was nowhere to be found. The staff was seemingly stressed out from the holidays. Going to the room, the bathroom had a distinct moldy smell and the premises had a general unclean feeling compared to what we've experienced elsewhere in the nz. The kitchenette had only cups and spoons, a knife would be nice for making a sandwich.

I like the convenient location to the airport and being able to leave our car there for a week or two. The drop off to the airport and collection from the airport is a great service and the staff are friendly and helpfulservice

The decor is a bit tired but it is not expensive to stay.

Motel staff were not that helpful although the cleaning staff did an excellent job and were very helpful.

We were travelling out by air the next morning to Australia. The Manor is close to the airport, their shuttle service is excellent and we were able to leave out car there. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and wine after we arrived, our rooms were excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will certainly use them again. Thank you for booking for us.

The description states that there is a hot pool available. In fact, the hot pool does not work and is not liable to be fixed for several months. The advertising is clearly misleading,

Close to the airprt and long term parking while away overseas

The room stunk of mold and musty. Shower was mouldy, carpert in poor condition. Overall very shabby. The dinner was very poor, especially for the price. Waitress had no people skills as far as advising menu, what you wanted, she was out of her deapth, pleasant enough and nicely presented, but needs some training in hospitaility.
