Nice décor. Rooms were well furnished and good tv reception. No ventilation in the bathroom made washing etc very uncomfortable for all in the room. Unable to have a buffet as it was booked out. As a guest we expected space at a table.

Leaking toilet. Curtains too thin and lacking above the door meant trying to sleep was like sleeping in a well lit room. When I went to check out there was no record of us staying, which explained why the room was not serviced and no paper was left.

Good friendly staff and good dining room. Room really needed an upgrade, shower facility not good and bedside table not available on either side of double bed. Not enough milk and sugar for tea making in room if being used by two people. rest of service very good.

It was close to my son's school. Near the railway tracks and the doors are very noisy once closed.

The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were good. Our only real problem was the beds. Ours was extremely bouncy. If one person turned over, the other was just about bounced off the bed. Definately not the most comfortable of beds.

staff were friendly and helpful, location is convenient and away from main roads dirty windows, aged decor, downstairs studio units are one step up from a cell, larger upstairs units are worth the extra money - spacious and well equiped but same depressing decor. milk provided was on its use by date which could be said for the entire complex
