I liked the space in the room and the nice bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was decent and from a nice varied selection. Staff helpful and I would definately stay there again - nice and close to shops and where we needed to be for the conference (Telstra Event Centre). |

Nothing! I don't even know why this Hotel still in use. It had flees.. Staff was not helpful nor did they even greet you when you entered the hotel. Only time the front staff smiled was when paying. Will never stay here again! |

I liked how the staff allowed me to take the breakfast to our room allowing our child with allergies to avoid trigger food. The staff were extremely helpful coming to deliver or clean when requested. There was confusion ( all staff need to know the policy) about their policy for providing transport to and from the airport 24hrly. I had to get a taxi which they did re-emburse which was fantastic. I requested 2 cots upon my booking. None where in my room upon arrival. When I requested them only one was available but one was delivered quickly. |

The hotel smells stink (probably the carpets), we ordered a room including continental breakfast and we ask them twice if this is valid (before using the service) and when we checked out they charge us for the service (even my 1 year old baby!!!). the continental breakfast was not as we ordered (from the menu). the guy in the reception was not professional at all (we waited 30 minutes to check out |
