“ Loved the room.Very comfortable King Bed, very nice well equipped kitchen and lovely large bathroom with spa. The pool was an additional bonus and great for relaxing and having a bit of fun after a long day of travel and sightseeing. Free wi fi was also an additional service which was much appreciated. ”

My room was cleaned daily. I was in room 101, right at the staircase. Very noisy when people were using it, particularly at 11pm at night or 7am in the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable, excellent location. No reception staff at 7.45am when trying to check-out. Had to leave key in room and leave a message with the night phone contact. The in room safe did not work and staff unable to fix. The safe was not very secure, it would be easy to prise off the wall.

Location to city centre - we were able to walk back to motel after having a few drinks. Very clean. The air conditioning in our room seemed to be broken. Staff need to explain seal noises coming from across the road at marine land as it gives you a bit of a fright when you first hear it. The outside stairs leading to our room were smelly.

Good size room, off street parking, very clean, friendly staff, good location close to city, nice covered pool two flights of stairs, no lift, shower in bath very poor, noisy guests at 4am, traffic noise from early morning trucks, not enough parking when full.

The ease with which we booked in, the unit itself and the enclosed swimming pool; helpful staff; parking availability. The unit (101) being close to the stairway and, as a mature couple, having to take our heavy luggage upstairs. Other motels have access slopes to units that are upstairs.Also,we had banked on the restaurant being open as per brochure, but like Queen's B/day w/end, found it to be closed.

as per my recent email to you poor service on arrival, restaurant not opperational was not made aware of this when booking, asked for local paper in the morning never received one ,wasnt made to feel welcome just another number. I wouldnt stay their again.

Location Relatively quiet for New Year's Eve. Spa bath didn't work Electric kettle - power point is next to hot plates, the cord had melted at one point, which is dangerous. Didn't notice until the last morning.

Excellent location, rooms spacious, excellent facilities in the kitchenette, lovely swimming pool. It was a shame the restaurant was not open. RSA Club nearby though which provided good meals for a reasonable price
