Receptionist was outstanding. Evening drinks were appreciated The finish of the hotel is generally poor ( glossy finish on poor quality)and not in accord with the tarrif. Cleaning substandard with obvious mould in the showers. Not value for money.

Rooms super luxurious High quality finishes Enormous Skylight in bathroom is very cool Helpful staff Canapé Hour 6-7pm every night with free canapés and wine = genius !! Amazing views Good location No restaurant is only downside but not really an issue when Queenstown is 5mins walk away !

The welcoming and friendly nature of our host Road noise. Hotel is right on a street which is a major walkway - very noisey. If I stayed there again I'd only do so if guaranteed a room on the opposite side to the road.

Excellent location. Luxurious and modern. Very friendly welcome. Extremely helpful with ideas to make the most of our stay. Really enjoyed early evening drinks, canapes and conversation.
