it was a great place to stay in. It is in the middle of the city. The room itself is very comfortable. The secured parking is really good. |

Location ie walking distance to theatre. Parking on site & inclusion of breakfast in rate. Also in house restaurant Friendliness of some of staff very poor and maners ie.a very luke warm greeting in the morn at breakfast & also being shouted at from the kitchen if we wanted more serviettes with our meal. |

Choice of eating in or dining out. Off street car parking. Close to restaurants, shops and harbour. Would have liked just a little more choice on menu at restaurant, otherwise no complaints at all. |

All staff were very pleasant... the brekky in room and in cafe was great, views lovely, quiet location and homely..felt very looked after... enjoyed our stay very much. Handy to shops, restaurants and ferry, buses etc. good value stay Room service meal was awful..had to throw most away - burnt meat and eggs... yuk..room cleanliness / restocking of breakfast needs improvement.. woke us in afternoon to restock / repair our kids room ..not happy as they were told not to disturb us...Parking difficult to access - do not try to take a van down there ! |

The Location is next to the center of the city on one of the main street The small dark apartment we got wasn't really clean and it smelled smoky. The pictures in the describtions of the apartments and the describtions itself are much better than the apartments really are! |

A well appointed hotel for Auckland city centre. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Sky City and city shops and has a Link bus stop close by for moving around the city cheaply. Room was clean and comfortable with washing machine and tumble drier. Hotel provided free car parking. I would use this hotel again. |

The location was definately the best feature of the hotel. It was clean and modern with not bad views of the harbour The furniture was uncomfortable. The bed was okay though |

In general the location is close to shopping stores, train station, and restaurants. Noisy at night after 11:00 PM, the loud noise is caused by people in the street. Windows glasses are not noise reduction. Saw small roach in the kitchen. |

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was nice and comfortable to stay for a night and in a good location. Breakfast downstairs was good no complaints. Car spaces were small, not good if you have a large car. |

A good location on Queen Street. After staying at other hotels in Auckland for the same amount, we were quite disappointed. Our twin room was in fact a double, there was no continental breakfast pack left which was part of our deal, we had to wait for a car to be moved before we could get into the carpark and then were told to double park and it would be sorted in the morning (all we got was a rather nasty note from the person we parked behind). |

I find the quest apartments always have everything in them that you may require.I have stayed in them before with childern and found the kitchen facilities to be very handy. I thought that the bathroom in particular could of been cleaned more thoroughly. The skirting boards were dusty and some paint was chipped. |

I liked the proximity to business and shopping. The views across the city and the park are beautiful and relaxing and the staff are professional. However the curtains had old food stains on it and could definitely do with a wash. It will freshen up the room if this and the fabric covered chairs are cleaned from time to time. |

Our studio room was awesome, having breakfast included in room rate, secure free parking, washing machine and dryer, and kitchenette were the reasons why I chose this hotel. Having daily servicing of the room was nice and the staff from cleaners to reception were great. Both my son and I wouldnt hesitate in coming back. To be honest he didnt want to leave. The only fault i have is that it is hard to see the sign for the hotel when you are driving. |

Very friendly and welcoming Desk and Dining room staff. They went the extra distance to make our stay an enjoyable one. There was an initial confusion over our free breakfast concession but that was sorted in a matter of minutes. A minor issue. |

The food, view from my room, the city lights were very pretty, free parking (but very tight spaces), room was very clean and a free breakfast. The internet connection was not that great, staff not as formal as I thought they would be (their manner)., wanted to checkout a few hours later, but they could only give me an hour extra, even though the hotel was not full at all, but the staff member told me it was due to the cleaners leaving early on a Sunday. |
