The room was not well designed.Expensive for what you got. The quality of the towels was as bad as I've seen and I have been in the linen industry all my life.

Very clean and well kept. Room was good and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities also well appointed. The foyer area needs fresh air flow as it can be stuffy

Stayed when watching Flight of the Conchords. Great location, and staff were very helpful. Elevator was too small to put the bag trolley and get in too, so bags had to send up family member, then bags on their own. Limited parking, but very secure, does cost $10 a night. Only issue with the room was the bathroom was freezing (it was winter).

l`hôtel est idéalemement placé en ville, les chambres sont spatieuses et très bien équipées.

We stayed at Quest Hamilton so that we could have adjoining kitchenette rooms and be within walking distance to restaurants and cares in the city. The hotel worked well on both fronts. The configuration of the adjoining rooms could have been improved to make better use of the huge amount of space in the corner room, but still give privacy and quiet to the sleeping space in the room.
