Good quality accommodation with comfortable bed. Kitchen area only had limited items, such as 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, would have been good to have more of these.

The team were lovely - very welcoming and helpful. The room was large and spacious, very clean and everything worked well. The Quest is a 5 min walk from the intercity bus stop and supermarket, and in a quiet part of town, but easy to walk out for dinner.

Quiet location in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean. No free WiFi. The car lift for the second floor of on-site parking was a bit scary but actually ok, certainly never come across this before.

My wife and I have been traveling New Zealand for the past three weeks and the Quest Serviced Apartments in Napier has been (hands down) the best accommodations we have stayed in so far!! Their rooms are very modern, spacious, bright and have all the amenities that you would need. They nicely upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment with a large patio and high ceilings. Even though the rooms were fantastic, the value incredible and the location even better the main memory I left with was how fantastic the staff were. They helped us book taxis, tours, and airport shuttles, they stored our bags for long periods of times, recommended top notch restaurants, were extremely friendly and most importantly they made us feel comfortable and safe. I stay in a lot of hotels with my job and this is one of the few times that the staff and the accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would, without hesitation, recommend and rebook this venue again. I strongly suggest that you check them out! My only small complaint is that you have to pay for WiFi. This is one of my number one annoyances with hotels, however the staff, value and room upgrade more than made up for this. Honestly, check them out, you won't regret it!

Nothing- it has left a very bad impression as we believe we were mislead by booking on line. We booked a two bedroom serviced apartment NOT x2 studio apartments. I have and will continue to be very vocal about our experience to others. Friends are travelling to Napier this weekend and I have made sure they will not book with Quest. We were very unhappy with our booking. We booked on line and understand we were booking a two bedroom apartment. When we arrived we were taken to x2 studio apartments that adjoined. I was very unhappy about this as we had to record our children's ages on the booking form. There was a king bed in each room. I had to highlight that we booked for two children and they were certainly not sharing a bed. The staff member stated "we did not receive a special request"- when booking for children one would naturally assume two beds would be a given. They then prepared a trundler bed and I rejected this. I did not pay $325.00 per night for a child to sleep on a trundler bed. Having two studio rooms meant that the lounge facilities were inadequate for our family and this significantly impacted on our stay. Also I was unhappy about the kitchen and potential safety issues for children within the studio setting that was some distance from where we slept as the kitchen and lounge facilities were back to back in each room. I advised two staff members of this concern- one said they had not considered this. If I was booking for younger children on line I would have been horrifed by the arrangement- children having access to kitchen facilities within their sleeping environment.
