Central location was fantastic - parked the car and walked everywhere. Room didn't get much natural light (116). Shower got water all over the bathroom floor.

The room was just adequate, the tariff was expensive for what we got - pricing was dearer than our stay in Sky City in Auckland for the same length of stay and although I knew the conditions of cancellation policy there was no compromise by Quest for my notification of only wanting a 2 day stay instead of a 3 day stay. I gave a 30 hour notification, the only thing Quest choose to deduct was a $12.50 from my parking bill - power switches did not work in the kitchen and when I reported it there was no deduction of the tariff for the inconvenience we endured. We waited in reception at the time of registering our stay for a period of 15-20 minutes as reception area was not manned. I would hesitate to stay in Quest again either locally or internationally unless I have a positive response to my email

It was convenient and served my purpose. Car parking was excellent. Power points in the kitchen did not work. The bed not good for my back

The apartments were lovely and clean . We really enjoyed them and would go back. The only complaint I would have is we had to pay $ 22 for 2 nights parking as there is no parking at all in the city on a week day .

I really liked the high ceilings and the apartment was really very spacious. The spa bath was a nice surprise too. The location was totally great, a hop skip and a jump to the coastal walkway and all of the city cafes etc. The carpark was a great thing to be able to book too.

Hotel très bien situé, à côté d'un centre commercial,et juste en face une petite boulangerie française, le top.La mer est à quelques pas, petite ville très sympatique. Les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres qui s'ouvrent, le barbecue est sur le toit de l'hotel et n'est pas utilisable, dommage.

Very clean, modern, central location, very friendly and helpful reception The curtains were short ones so the bedroom got a lot of early morning light and that meant an early wakeup. Better curtains would make the comfort rating excellent.
