The staff, everything was perfect for my 4 day stay.
Very handy for the city, particularly Sky City and Metro Centre. Good sized apt.
Couches not terribly comfortable, but it wasn't a huge issue as we were only there for one night.
The location is good near downtown and transportation. Room is big and comfortable.
The kitchen items are old.
Large and comfortable
The water for morning shave and shower was Luke-warm to cool. I asked two other guests and the both had the same problem so I guess it was throughout the complex. Complained at reception. Not good enough for basic accommodation @ $250+/ night. Won't go back to Quest.
Friendly staff and central location.
Very dated, very average room. Smelled a bit like pee in the lift. Just an average 3 star place.
Daily Servicing of rooms was great, clean and tidy and convenient.
Great location; able to park in the basement;handy store for food items; full kitchen in the room plus washer & dryer were a bonus
The only thing that could have improved our room was to have a second bedside table & lamp
Really friendly housekeeping staff, also frontdesk was very friendly in the morning.
First hotel in NZ (been here four months) that insisted on photo ID (which I had) *and* a credit card (never need it here, so it was packed away behind 8 crates in my 4WD, impossible to get at in the middle of the CBD), so I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit.
Just cross the street to reach sky city it is an excellent location. Good facility overall. Helpful staff.
The window is kind of old style - by saying that, the isolation is not good so you hear noise on street, evening and morning
Great place to stay
Welcoming and helpful staff. Pleasant surprise on entering room at how spacious it was and the amenities available. WIFI free, easy and accessible.
I didn't receive what I paid for ,being downgraded to a tired looking room . With toilet roll holder torn from wall . Couch broken . Waste of my money
A warm welcome from all staff. Our 1 Bedroomed Apartment had every facility for a comfortable stay. A touch entry card to the room & lift is very good, as opposed to the insertion card used by other Hotels & Apartment's. Top marks Quest on Hobson, We will stay again..
Staff tried hard
Provided information on basic details / calling another room etc very poor.
The studio was spacious and well set out with everything necessary. The bathroom was well-equipped with an excellent shower cubicle.
I arrived after 5PM on a Sunday night and had to use the intercom to have the front door opened.
Great location and convenient for the conference we were at.
Kitchenette was OK but needs bigger pots and pans. Too small to be any practical use.
The room was comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable my sister and I have slept in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good.
The noise outside, and the people in sleeping bags etc. across the road. No teatowel to dry dishes, and the voices on the TV were cutting out..Scissors would have been good to open things.
great service nice room great location
the bed wasn't the best it was two singles joint and the divider in the middle was quite uncomfortable so could lie in middle. everything else was great
Needs a maintenance, really poor and no window in our room!
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Kitchen could have a few more utensils - just a 15cm pot is not an 'equipped kitchen'
- good location quite central in Auckland (5-10 min walk to sea side and great restaurants) - great service checking in after hours - comfortable bed - perfect for doing laundry (they even provided a frame to hang our cloths to dry)
- kitchen (in our studio) not really suited for cooking, very small, old worn and limited equipment - couldn't open a window, so after cooking the whole appartment smelled like food (put our cloths in the bathroom and opened the hallway door for ventilation)
staff very nice and helpful... I am extremly empreesed
it feels a bit unsafe outside the building. Also, my queen bed was a 2 single put together with a very soft mattress
