Excellent facilities, very clean and tidy, great value and great staff The balcony was terrifying, I'm not scared of heights but 200mm higher rail would make it feel a lot safer, also the window in bedroom should have a safety to stop it opening too far, would be an absolute nightmare, I would not stay there with children! |

Convenient location to main city shopping area, and about a 15 minute walk to harbour. We had a high-level floor with good view of harbour. Paul was very helpful at reception. The property was "tired" and rather dated, and heating was not very good. Just portable electric heaters for each room. I think you can do better for the price. |

Very well equipped esp the washing machine and dry. And love the balcony since our room faced the harbour. Staff also very friendly. None whatsoever. |

Staff realy great, loation, location, location; excelent value for money, fair services, spaceful room, good view to the city, close to mini markets and restaurant, walking distance from most important attractions, safe. Steep Internet package ($ 55 per week. I am now at Quest on Terrace Wellingtin, it's $ 29 per week...). Stove was broken. |

The the bed was very comtable. Peaceful stay, even though I was just passing through I slept like a baby! Room is perfect for a couple not family as the room is small. Adverisement on the internet was free car park, but when I checked in it was $15 car park a night. That was all everything else was fine. |

It was central to the city and with plenty of facilities to make it comfortable. We had a very good time so it was a good choice for us. The room was looking a little tired and needs some tlc. |

The service was so good and at the reception they were very nice. And the most happy things is that we were very happy for the view from our appartements. And I fell that the design view from the room is perfect. The view is very nice and very comfortable. We are very happy ! Thank u very much. Hope to see you again next time Is just a bit far from Sky city hotel. For me it was ok because I am still a young boy but for my parents it was a bit far, so everyday we have to order a taxi to go to Sky City or down town. A part of that everythings was good and perferct |

Desde antes de ir mande mas de un e-mail haciendo varias consultas las cuales Paul del Quest on Nelson me evacuo en forma sumamente amable y eficiente. Lo mismo durante mi estadia. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran tanto apartamentos para fumadores como para no fumadores |

Un employé grisonnant proche de la cinquantaine portant des lunettes , etait bien sympa par rapport aux autres Ma 1ére reservat° par mail a beaucoup trainée, elle a été confirmée par vous et heureusement qu' avant mon depart j ai telephone de la nouvelle caledonie et à ma grande surprise la resevation n etait pas faites, et là nous avons fait de nouveau les reservations !!! |
