Quest on Nelson Serviced Apartments  

Facilities were great. Washing machine and dryer in room was very useful. Reception was friendly and accommodating when it was open. Charged a reasonable and fair price for parking and internet. Excellent location, short stroll into cbd. Good value for money.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, room needed a fair bit of maintenance doing (although this did not detract from the comfort), I expect beds to be made in a serviced apartment, but ours were not, washing powder was not replenished after use, tumble dryer stopped working halfway through a cycle, windows could be a bit more sound proof - sometimes the noise outside sounded as if the windows were wide open, even though they were closed.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Dated decor and noisy. Bathroom window broken. The unit toilet broke and a towel from the previous occupant was still on the bathroom door. Lack of cleaning evident. Definitely expect better for the price of the unit. Photos not representative of unit. Would not stay again.

on arrival we were checked into the wrong rooms. balconies were tiny. noise from outside keeps you awake.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist.

upholstery was a bit shabby and the kitchen cupboards were not clean plus mugs and other crockery was chipped.

Staff were nice and friendly, the parking on site was great with great pricing and the elevator was quick (important when you have a baby!). Convenient location near highway for our driving around to suburbs everyday.

3 of the 5 panels on our bedroom door were missing and our toilet did not flush properly. The suites could do with a slight refurbish to make them more attractive as the decor is a little outdated. Having an adventurous baby/toddler, it was a little worrying there was no security when we had the windows open to let the nice fresh air in (they open out wide, so can't even be blocked off with flyscreens or anything). Something like this I wouldn't have even thought of before having our son.

The photos advertised on the hotel website are totally diferent to what the hotel is truly offering.

Reception staff is great location is easy: close by city, airbus, etc.

Apartment is a bit tired, could do with a lick of paint, several touch up areas, and better closing windows, they let a lot of noise in.

Well equiped apartment. The location was perfect for what I had to do in Auckland.

The bed hurted me every night. I could feel every spring of the mattress printed in my hips every morning.
