A very noisy Friday night as right on Queen st. Ear plugs beside bed were not a good advertisement but were a good idea! Free Wifi advertised but couldn't log on to this.
Location ideal for our requirements as had a function at the Viaduct.
Location, cleanliness, room facilities
It is right next to a bar so it was noisy Saturday night until the early hours so the free ear plugs were great! Sunday was much quieter :)
Great location in the cbd. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and well equipped. Free wifi
Coffee rings still on the tables from other guests. Room STUNK of cheap cleaning products. Staff were more interested in going home than helping us. Tried to charge us twice.
Location was perfect - close to Vector Arena/Shopping/Bars
the bed valances are not sized well and I thought cheapened the room, bed is getting tired. When I pulled the drapes they fell off the tracks so not good attention to detail in places.
location, outlook from room, bathroom gifts.
The "serviced" apartment is not really true everyday. We arrived on Saturday, they do not service on any Sunday, nor on that Monday, which was a bank holiday. So, we stayed for 3 days and it was only serviced once. Also, they have free wifi up to a certain amount only. They were very nice and extended ours, but after being at sea for 2 weeks, we needed more bytes than they usually allot, apparently.
Compact, but very usable, suite with bedroom (queen), small kitchen with dishwasher and washer dryer (free soap for washer!)! Sitting room not very comfortable, but loved the balcony (we were in 9D). This hotel is about 2 blocks from the Queen's wharf where our ship came in, in a great shopping area, and 1 block from a McDonalds for breakfast. The wharf area has loads of fun, good restaurants, as well as the "i-site" local tourist information. We would recommend this hotel for anyone.
Bit of a concern to find ear plugs by the bed! But noise didn't bother us and I'm usually a light sleeper
Very handy to Ferry and viaduct area. we went over to Waiheke for a concert and great to be so close to a great place to stay without having to drive home that same night.
A bit noisy at night
Staff are always friendly and the locate couldn't be better
I couldn't open the dryer.
I really appreciated the small carton of milk in the fridge. Thank you. Lovely room on 16th floor, so not noisy at night. Perfect location for Britomart.
Very good location in safe area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room on 12F has a good view of the city. The stop of the AIrbus Express from and to Airport is just close by.
Parking some distance from apartment, but this was because of an international triathlon which had closed off central streets of Auckland. The upside was, our parking for the weekend was much cheaper than it would have been.
Comfortable apartment, compact. Good pressure shower. Very central. We were on the 8th floor and were not disturbed by noise from the street at all.
Not a bad experience, but as a triathlete taking part in a race over the weekend, I had lots of gear to unload, so having to have parked in an offsite parking garage, I had to make multiple trips to get all my gear to the apartment which was time consuming and an effort.
Neat and cosy apartment, perfect if you are planning a night, weekend in the city for relaxation or to enjoy the night life.
a bit noisy
It was easy to walk around the CBD from the front door. It was close to Britomart and to the ferries. Close to bars and restaurants. We would use the accommodation again.
Internet connection. The data plan were consumed faster than we expected.
Almost everything. Staff are friendly (I hope I remember their names! ).. We had problem when we checked-in due to confusion in the booking as we have 3 small children which we assumed free of charge based on the conditions mentioned in booking.com. They requested for an additional 50$ per night, which we accepted to avoid hassle as we were so tired from our flight, but it's worth it as the place is good and the kitchen and laundry facilities were very useful for us.
within easy walking distance of all we wanted to see.
No dvd or clock radio that were advertised. Air conditioning couldnt be adjusted due to corroded remote. Un professional reception staff. Over priced stay due to all lthe problems encoumted. The extreme noise from night clubs next door and directly under. No sleep, so messed my whole weekend of plans up.
Very clean being ex Quest staff my self. Hats of to the hoise keeper Tilla.
No staff on site after 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Entrance easy to miss and I had difficulty gaining entry (street noise made it difficult to here the intercom), in fact I had to wait until another guest appeared until I could get in. No tv instructions and Foxtel guide out of date. Street noise all night even on Sunday. No cupboard or shelf in bathroom.
Central location close to Britomart Travel Centre. Spacious, modern rooms with large balcony. Opening windows for fresh air.
One bedroom apartment in great location. Very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable with a staff that excelled at making you feel welcomed and attentive to your needs
Extremely noisy apartments next to bars and pubs. Very soft and bouncy mattress. Small bed for two. WiFi is not free.
Good location. Clean room.
Staff very vague about parking location. Reception closes at 4pm on a weekend - really?! Foul-stench from vanity basin. Curtains falling off tracks.
Location - excellent for down-town Auckland and Vector Arena
There is some noise from the surrounding streets at night time. This didn't disturb us unduly, but we were provided with earplugs so can only assume this is a problem for some guests.
If you take the airport bus from Auckland airport, this location is directly opposite one of the stops so very easy to get to. The location is very central and good restaurants are close by.
needs a better reception
location in relation to cruise terminal, transport, shopping
