I chose this venue as I started working for the MLC in my first job in this building 49 years ago. The stay brought back great old memories of a bygone era.
The noise made by street cleaners when I was trying to sleep.
There was plenty of space in the room. Great amenities.. Excellent water pressure in the shower. So close to everything in town.
The room had a slight smell like it had been closed up for a while, and had a view of the side of the building, but this was no biggy on this particular trip..
Lady at the desk
Dirty drips on bathroom floor.
Parking in the nearby facility is good
The fact that the parking is a "one entry, one exit" arrangement when the hotel is not close to the south side of town such as Courtney Place etc. is not convenient.
Very large apartment, right in town - a 5minute walk to TSB bank areana. The location was awesome; Starbucks and luxury shops underneath and around us, complex is in 'the old bank' building and very central. 1hr/free wifi per devise - so sufficient. Would stay again
Location was super close to TSB Arena Staff were nice Close to a New World superette (bit pricey though)
Broken door handle to bathroom. Got locked in. Exposed broken hinges in kitchen area. Old decor. Could do with an upgrade. Heater wasn't going Friday and Saturday nights it's a ghost town in CBD and only McDonalds is open (general comment not relating to the Quest)
Excellent location, great kitchen and added laundry setup
Really like the location as we attended a conference at the tsb arena, and I was literally a stone throw away.
There were small wholes in the wall beside my bed, very visible, first night we were given four towels only but staff was told there where 5 customers staying the rolled out the extra bed already so I wasn't like they didn't know, one of the boys had to use some else's used towel because we were rush to leave, our lamp in the living room turned off bulb needed replacement,
Great being in the city easy to get around and close to great cafes and buzz of the city. It was my mums first time to Wellington and it was a great central location. Staff were very friendly.
The only thing that was difficult was the noise at night they were renovating a building across the road at night and drilling not a good mix for sleep. Then the Helicopter back and fourth dropping materials on the roof early Saturday morning was a bit hard to handle especially since my son had been unwell during the night. Other than that it was great. Some double glazing would have been nice.
Really central, big room and bathroom, really comfy bed!
It was Saturday night, so quite noisy.
Location and facilities in apartment. Wellington
Room was too dark and I felt it needed updating wellington
We stayed here for a conference, and the location was perfect - walking distance to Shed 6 and the waterfront. The bathroom was huge, and the second toilet was a godsend.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 women. The bedrooms were so tight with single beds, that there was no room to move, then the bathroom was huge. Space planning was not the best.
Location, friendly staff
Noisy location, especially on Hunter St.
Location - great spot, close to good restaurants. Staff- friendly and helpful
Only one hour of free wifi.
The location and size of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect.
The bathroom was really dirty, didn't look like it had been properly cleaned I a while all the corners were filled with scum and the groute was black. Was the only let down but very important!
Great central location , spacious rooms large bathrooms and surprisingly quiet considering location .
Carpark not on site about 400 metres away across motorway, parking outside to unload limited to one car park which had busses flying around the corner could make it a bit tricky!
Excellent location, clear instructions on arrival from check in staff, spacious rooms
Everything, especially the sheets and living room space
Noise of trucks from street below
Clean regularly towels changed;
Size of room, general facilities in room
Was a little nosier than expected but this did not impact the stay
I loved the spacious rooms and the Heritage Building. It was warm and comfortable. It was also really central.
On 1st floor very noisy during the night
The location is very central, close to everything.
I wasn't impressed with the service at the reception.
Proximity to attend concert at the TSB Stadium was EXCELLENT. Peek of a view to the sea was lovely from high corner room. Well equipped and nice to be able to turn on a heater as the weather was cooler.Very easy walking and a car would be unnecessary. Would definitely recommend.A+
Bed too small and low.
The location in the centre of Wellington close to businesses, shops, restaurants, the waterfront and amenities. The fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer were first-class.
Nothing at all. I would come again
