Accessibility. Tidiness.

Skirting boards are rotting in the bathroom and need rep[lacing and painting. Tap over basin does not work well and needs to be replaced. Noise from creeking ceiling and sexual antics in room above prevented sleep until after 2am when the female 'visitor' departed and the occupant slept.

The bathroom was old-linoleum coming off the floor, cracks in the walls, very soft and uncomfortable beds and dirty. Had to pay for Wifi

Cheap, reasonably close to airport and city.

Handrail on balcony access to upstairs units is inadequate and unsafe for small children. Parking was diabolical, there seemed to be not enough parks and when all were full it was almost impossible to back out of the one we used.

room was alright for the money.

the facilities could do with a renovation. we had black hairs all over our shower...walls are paper thin and you will here the main road. rooms get really a hot which makes it hard to sleep.

very quiet and easy access to local transport to city centre. The room was clean and tidy, shower was excellent!! its what i would call a no frills motel great for weekend stopover for shopping trip ect , staff were friendly and very helpful, would definately return.

I liked the price, which was really important when there were 7 of us. I also liked the location as it wasnt far from newmarket shops.

Walking distance to Newmarket and not expensive with plenty of parking

The rooms looks pretty tired. But you can't have it all for $79 a night!

The place is comdortably located from downtown and walking dustance from broadway shopping area were variety of shops and restaurants are found.

Internet facility is too expensive.

Good central location and rooms were quite large. Interconnecting gave plenty of space for our family of 5. Value for money so close to the city and central area.

The hotel next door and the amenities that that one offered

The housekeeping was lax, the beds were barely made and there was certainly no sign of any other cleaning. You had to pay extra to use any of the services advertised (laundry, internet) and the hotellier insisted on payment upfront before you even stayed???

Location and price

Bathrooms are very outdated, and even worse it is in need of a paint job in the bathroom with numerous areas with flakey paint. Really showed a lack of maintenance! No top sheet, instead had a heavy duvet which was not appropriate on such a hot night in the middle of Summer.

There was nothing that i really liked. The only reason i stayed there it was convenient for the whole family of 6 , and close to the airport for one night.

Room's are to small, facilities are below average of my expectation and the price has no value for money.

Clean comfortable rooms, Pleasant helpful staff.

Convenience and facilities in the room

For the money paid I would have expected better, they charge as much as central city hotels but were lacking in so many ways.

Room was a good price, just what we needed not too far away from shops.

You could hear the room upstairs but I guess when you stay cheap that's why you get.

It was a good place to stay. Staff were very helpful ,it was clean and close to town. Off street parking is a big attraction in Auckland.

Disappointed that car parks are used and not allocated to units ie one car per unit.

Clean rooms and a comfy bed. The shower had extremely high water pressure which was good. Good parking and location. Short walk to Newmarket shops and short bus trip to the city. Everything you need, towels, fridge and jug and access to a full sized kitchen.

Hairdryer was out of order but it did have a note saying if needed you could call reception to get a working one.
