Regal Palms 5 Star City Resort  

Great complex, spacious room, fabulous spa bath. Generally a wonderful place to spend a weekend and relax.

Advertising as a "five star resort" the place was nothing but an average motel and highly overpriced for that.

High standard of comforts and cleanliness. Good facilities (mini golf etc), free WiFi.

Not much to dislike. WiFi signal quite weak in our unit (#16). Not as many TV channels as I had hoped for.

The rooms were well appointed. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool & playing mini golf which gave mum & dad a bit of quiet time as well!

Everything was just fine.

The experience was excellent. My partner broke his ankle and they moved our room to lower level - it was hassle free.

The facilities and staff were excellent. Great mountain bikes available too. Very relaxing long weekend.

the location and the very helpful staff, particularly the couple managing the resort. Everyone was so efficient, relaxed, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there very much and would highly recommend to other travellers who want quality accommodation and close to the CBD. We loved using the bikes and biked to the Blue Lake which was a hike but well worth the trip. Thankyou to all the staff who were so professional, friendly and helpful with everything.

We liked the cleanliness and design. Loved the spa and open windows. likes having the carpark out the front and easy access to the shopping district.

The kitchen and bathroom facilities and separate toilet. Nice pool and easy parking. Lots of space in the bedrooms. Nice decor. TVs good.

it was great, we were not bothered by anyone, and were lucky enough that there were not too many young children next to us.

Excellent room, very clean and confortable, although, imho, more to the expensive side.

The pool is small and uninteresting; nothing like the gorgeous place it seemed to be from the pictures posted at Booking.com.

Staff were great, room was well serviced couldn't ask for better service!

Great friendly service. The manager was very helpful. Beautifully decorated rooms.

I like the kitchen, it has almost everything there. We prepare the dinner at the hotel. The SPA pool is very nice.

The resort is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Wifi unavailable, though. The swimming pool was welcome. The hotel is handy for ex-ploring the region.

The room was big and clean, the bathroom was huge. The area is nice, it is in the main street that arrive to the centre (about 3 km) where many other hotels are.
