Hotel was on the edge of the downtown so easy access to most things - and close to the pier. Wish we would have talked with concierge to find things to do around the area instead of some people around - as might have been able to enjoy more of Aukland - ended up pretty much walking around town and shopping. Not many places real close to eat for a lower price when people have trouble walking. |

Big beautiful hotel. Friendly staff who were readily available and helpful. Rooms were extremely quiet and spacious. Large comfortable king size bed and pillows. Bath was large and deep. Shower nozzle had great pressure. Very close to Queens street for shopping, restaurants and movies, also Sky Tower, and transport. Pleasant shower excessories-shower gel, soap. Groovy new bar. Fantastic gym, indoor pool and sauna, not too busy, always clean. Hotel to be more environmentally concious. I love a nice clean towel, however I don't require one every single day. Each day the room was cleaned, new towels were replaced. In other hotels I usually find a sign asking to place unwanted towels in the bath. |

Hotel is good value for money, very clean and comfortable and conveniently located. We were overcharged for our stay. $30 more than what is promised when we book through booking.com. Still trying to sort out bill. Staff at check-in counter unfriendly, stiff and no smile at all. No bell boy, we had to carry luggage on our own when checking-in. |

Nothing stood out. The concierge desk was very helpful and ready to help. Iron board and iron were in terrible shape. Elevators were slow and looked dated. Staff was strictly ok. Breakfast expensice. For business travellers coming to Auckland for more than a week, I would not recommend this hotel. No guest laundry either |

This hotel was actually better than we had expected. The rooms was great. The only problem was thet the TV in our room did not work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor. The people were friendly and helpfull at all times. |

Proper tea and coffee making facilities Could do w/ a refurb - Can't remember the last time I saw a CRT TV in a hotel. Ironing board cover was hanging off the board - just worn out. Desk and chair v uncomfortable to sit and work at with a laptop. Internet v expensive for what you get. |

They have a nice swimming pool, the location is great and the rooms are big, tidy and make you feel very relaxt. I had reserved the rooms incl. breakfast, they were not aware of this.. I had to take my copies with me to proof it.. And I've ordered a bottle of champagne via the "remarks"section on booking.com, however, they didn't read it.. So my suprise was no surprise anymore... And at the end of my stay the bill was higher then I've booked the room for... My stay was super, however those 3 things shouldn't have happened... Keep an eye on that, but I will come back I hope! |

The location and ability to stay at conference location. All facilities are available there. Tuesday evening, 17/11, the restaraunt "lost" my meal order. I was told it would be about 20 minutes "because the kitchen was busy". Several times the waitress came and said "sorry" and 1 hour later I received my meal. |
