They have a nice swimming pool, the location is great and the rooms are big, tidy and make you feel very relaxt. I had reserved the rooms incl. breakfast, they were not aware of this.. I had to take my copies with me to proof it.. And I've ordered a bottle of champagne via the "remarks"section on booking.com, however, they didn't read it.. So my suprise was no surprise anymore... And at the end of my stay the bill was higher then I've booked the room for... My stay was super, however those 3 things shouldn't have happened... Keep an eye on that, but I will come back I hope! |

Excellent location , very comfortable beds , perfect hotel staff The hotel is obviously overpriced in credit card charging for guarantee at check in ,and not immediate release of the guarantee after real payment at check out. In fact they charged my credit card with a double feet and I had to call the reception asking for release the guarantee. Early check out - 11 a.m. |

great service and always ready to help the voice on the tv remote was not working and they could not fix it. but they did ask us if we told them when we arrived they would changed us to a different room |

Via the special price on booking.com I felt the hotel was good value for money. It was newly built, modern interiors, clean. The staff were adequate. Most of the rooms had a very good view, ours was ok even though it was one of the budget rooms. The larger apartments looked like they would be very comfortable. The lounge room was nicely decorated and had a fabulous view. It is a very walkable 15 min from town. The description of our one room 'apartment' was slightly misleading as it did not have any cooking facilities apart from a kettle and toaster so it was more just a hotel room. The window could not be opened at all and it was rather hot therefore quite stuffy at times. There was a building site next door which I guess is why the room was cheap, but this would only affect the outer apartments on one side as the place was well sound insulated so I doubt the noise was audible past the nearest row. |

This is a central downtown Auckland hotel, which suited our requirements. For the price, it is difficult to beat. On arrival there was noone to assist with bags. However, we arrived at about 1.30am. |

Pool & gym facilities were good. Good room service menu. Comfy beds. Nice bath. I was disappointed on this occasion (my last stay was great though). This time I found the staff were snooty and unwelcoming, especially the female reception girls. I was also annoyed because the concierge was never at the desk and we had to wait ages. However, when they did come they were very helpful and polite. I was also disappointed on arrival to find that we did not have a double-bed, and we were told by the receptionists that this was our own fault as we had not specified our 'preference' in the online booking form. We were not apologised to or told that the other rooms were full; we had to then enquire if other rooms were available, but the answer was no. We were made to feel as though we were stupid for not booking correctly. |

The rooms and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. We needed a taxi to the airport, they arranged it at a low flat rate for us. The room view looks at the high rise buildings next to the hotel, but there is nothing to be done about it. We knew that it is a city-center hotel. |

Attentive and thoughtful staff made this a great experience. From checking my name on my luggage tag, to lending me a much needed computer mouse! Location is not "perfect", but ok. |

This hotel is starting to show its age. It is probly time for a make over. When my wife and I arrived our room access cards did not work. I went to reception and recived replacement cards. These also didn't work so we called for assisstance. The morning we went for breakfast the lifts were not working on the 7th floor. We were inconvenienced for more than 15 minutes waiting for something t9o be done. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. |
