Very courteous and helpful staff at reception, concierge desk, on Club floor, room cleaning, and in bar and restaurants. Only minor lighting problem with room fixed almost instantly -best we have seen! Very good and fast Wi-Fi.

Bed was super comfortable, room was spacious, gym and pool were great, location was central, hotel was really clean :-) Japanese restaurant was a bit overpriced and air con in the room was really loud!

I found staff very helpful and accommodation very comfortable and clean. I wished I had checked out the gym and swimming facilities earlier in my stay apart from the last night! Would have liked free Internet in the room as I would not have needed to go to reception room to access the net. Where I am staying in Vancouver provide this at no cost

Breakfast was very good. Swimming pool and roof garden good too. Could not use the stairs as some doors to floors locked. Not enough English Breakfast tea bags. Shower/bath switch over seemed to wet the floor and we had to use towels to mop up.

The large room including the large bathroom. The quietness. The cold breakfast. The breakfast room was full so we were sent upstairs which was fine but the food was not covered so it was cold. Disappointing for the money we paid. So we did not have breakfast there on our second day.
