Nothing stood out. The concierge desk was very helpful and ready to help. Iron board and iron were in terrible shape. Elevators were slow and looked dated. Staff was strictly ok. Breakfast expensice. For business travellers coming to Auckland for more than a week, I would not recommend this hotel. No guest laundry either |

This hotel was actually better than we had expected. The rooms was great. The only problem was thet the TV in our room did not work. They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor. The people were friendly and helpfull at all times. |

Proper tea and coffee making facilities Could do w/ a refurb - Can't remember the last time I saw a CRT TV in a hotel. Ironing board cover was hanging off the board - just worn out. Desk and chair v uncomfortable to sit and work at with a laptop. Internet v expensive for what you get. |

They have a nice swimming pool, the location is great and the rooms are big, tidy and make you feel very relaxt. I had reserved the rooms incl. breakfast, they were not aware of this.. I had to take my copies with me to proof it.. And I've ordered a bottle of champagne via the "remarks"section on booking.com, however, they didn't read it.. So my suprise was no surprise anymore... And at the end of my stay the bill was higher then I've booked the room for... My stay was super, however those 3 things shouldn't have happened... Keep an eye on that, but I will come back I hope! |

The location and ability to stay at conference location. All facilities are available there. Tuesday evening, 17/11, the restaraunt "lost" my meal order. I was told it would be about 20 minutes "because the kitchen was busy". Several times the waitress came and said "sorry" and 1 hour later I received my meal. |

Excellent location , very comfortable beds , perfect hotel staff The hotel is obviously overpriced in credit card charging for guarantee at check in ,and not immediate release of the guarantee after real payment at check out. In fact they charged my credit card with a double feet and I had to call the reception asking for release the guarantee. Early check out - 11 a.m. |

The room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom although the main room was a bit dated. There is a swimming pool and sauna area which is great! It's fairly close to the city so was convenient too. The hotel is very dated, especially the rooms. The room was described as having city skyline views, although this was a bit of a stretch, as you had to crane your neck out the window to see anything. This was disappointing as I specifically requested a room with good views. |

Via the special price on booking.com I felt the hotel was good value for money. It was newly built, modern interiors, clean. The staff were adequate. Most of the rooms had a very good view, ours was ok even though it was one of the budget rooms. The larger apartments looked like they would be very comfortable. The lounge room was nicely decorated and had a fabulous view. It is a very walkable 15 min from town. The description of our one room 'apartment' was slightly misleading as it did not have any cooking facilities apart from a kettle and toaster so it was more just a hotel room. The window could not be opened at all and it was rather hot therefore quite stuffy at times. There was a building site next door which I guess is why the room was cheap, but this would only affect the outer apartments on one side as the place was well sound insulated so I doubt the noise was audible past the nearest row. |

This is a central downtown Auckland hotel, which suited our requirements. For the price, it is difficult to beat. On arrival there was noone to assist with bags. However, we arrived at about 1.30am. |
