Convenience, Price, Friendly staff Great Rooms as always

Closeness to Aotea Centre. Parking availability. Good restaurant

Difference in wine price between room minibar and hotel bar. Seemed very odd!

Very courteous and helpful staff at reception, concierge desk, on Club floor, room cleaning, and in bar and restaurants. Only minor lighting problem with room fixed almost instantly -best we have seen! Very good and fast Wi-Fi.

I found staff very helpful and accommodation very comfortable and clean. I wished I had checked out the gym and swimming facilities earlier in my stay apart from the last night!

Would have liked free Internet in the room as I would not have needed to go to reception room to access the net. Where I am staying in Vancouver provide this at no cost

Excellent location for visiting the centre of Auckland city. Friendly, helpful staff.

As the car park was part of the hotel we would have preferred not to have had to pay for parking

Breakfast was very good. Swimming pool and roof garden good too.

Could not use the stairs as some doors to floors locked. Not enough English Breakfast tea bags. Shower/bath switch over seemed to wet the floor and we had to use towels to mop up.

The large room including the large bathroom. The quietness.

The cold breakfast. The breakfast room was full so we were sent upstairs which was fine but the food was not covered so it was cold. Disappointing for the money we paid. So we did not have breakfast there on our second day.

The pool and gym; good wi-fi options;

double beds - who uses double beds any more? Thank fully the hotel have promised us a king-size next time we stay.

Very friendly reception from staff when I pulled up in my car. Valet parking and luggage taken car of. Nice spacious room including bathroom. Lovely big bath and lots of room on the vanity for my cosmetics.

The bar needed some personality injected into the decor and layout.

Well appointed room, spacious with comfy beds. Lovely bathroom with very nice toiletries.Room service menu is very good with the Laksa being the best my husband has had.....and he has sampled quite a few!! Atrium looks great also nice to sit in the bar and people watch :)

The pool could be warmer in the winter months but this hasn't stopped us from returning several times.

Hotel was near areas we were interested in visiting.
