Everything. First class all the way. As a businessman, I NEED wireless in order to function. The system there is archaic. I can get free wireless at McDonalds, but don't even have that option. So, even though I liked everything about it, I will not stay there again. Great for vacationers, unacceptable for business.

The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the service and the design It was up on a massive hill which wasn't in the ad for the hotel when I booked it. Also the room was a long way from the lifts that I was in.

great rooms and great views of the lake. Excellent staff and breakfast. Very reasonably priced. And nice to be remembered from the last visit. internet access is not good enough. It should be wifi and $26 for 24 hours is far too much. Ideally wifi should be no extra cost today; if it is to be charged separately, then $10 for 24 hours, like Scenic Circle in Dunedin, is about right.

Superior accommodations and locale. There is a oeriod of the day when food services are scant. food pricing could be adjusted downwards to provide better value for dioners. Cuisine could be upgraded with respect to variety, affordability, and diversity.

Efficient friendly staff, great location and good value WiFi coverage. Its time accommodation providers realized that WiFi is a part of everyday life not some fancy accessory. A couple of PC's in the foyer is not good enough. Then there is the price charged for Internet services. I now book according to WiFi availability and price.

All the facilities we needed - altho we didn't make full use of them due to time constraints. Feather pillows stirred up my allergies. Had to park out on the street as no spaces left on-site. Garden could do with a spruce-up.

Access to emails. The charges for me to access my emails, at night and in the morning were nothing more than price gouging so naturally I went to some lengths to avoid such. This ruined the Mercure experience.

I do not like in the middle of the hotel staff keep banging our door maybe of the loud sound of the the tv, they can just ring our phone to tell us as we get nervous when in the middke of the night someone banging our door, they are not professional to handle this problem.
