The hotel staff is vey friendly, as almost everywhere in New Zealand. Location is wonderful with unhindered views over the lake for some rooms. The hotel land facilities look old, our room looked like it had hardly been restyled since the 80's. Room and bathroom were not really clean, there were hairs on the tiles of the shower and on the wash basin. Stains on the carpet. |

Views of the lake were outstanding. Rooms were very comfortable. We were disappointed that the covers on both beds in the room were significantly stained. Sheets were clean but the 'blankets' and bedcover were stained, a couple of large yellow stains and a few spots of blood. |

Beautiful peaceful setting and views. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A nice large room. I felt the dinner was quite expensive for the quality of the food. |

Friendly staff A very noisy coupl in the room above/adjacent made it difficult to sleep the first night. Obviously the sound proofing of the rooms is not great. |

壊れたキャリーをホテルの方が修理して下さりとても助かりました。 町の中心から少し離れていて、坂の上だったので、歩いて行くには大変だった。バスは本数が少なく、アクセスが悪い点が使いにくいホテルだと思った。 |

Tiene un personal fuera de serie, ademas de la vista que se tiene desde las habitaciones que te deja sin aliento. es muy dificil de encontrar y en la informacion del hotel no habia un mapa claro para llegar. |
