It was convenient to the train station and relatively quiet and restful.Good value for money My internet connection didn't work. The staff didn't know how I could connect and referred me to the internet provider, who said he just provides the internet connection and doesn't decide how the hotel allocates access. This was VERY frustrating. I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and never got the internet access I was relying on!!!!! |

The staff bent over backwards to assist us in getting the best airport shuttle deal, information about the area and with their very personalised welcome. |
