we had to get staff to come and lock our door because the lock was faulty. later we had to leave the door unlocked. other guests were having the same trouble with their doors. |

It was convenient to the train station and relatively quiet and restful.Good value for money My internet connection didn't work. The staff didn't know how I could connect and referred me to the internet provider, who said he just provides the internet connection and doesn't decide how the hotel allocates access. This was VERY frustrating. I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and never got the internet access I was relying on!!!!! |
