Clean and tidy. Nicely presented. Good service from reception for our late check in.

Nice room with good cooking facilities and spa bath. Staff were all friendly and helpful too.

Touch of noise from bar next door on Saturday night but it didn't go on too late.

It was nicely located for christchurch and akoroa. Everything in the apartment was very good, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Having a corner apartment as it was quite dark, minor really.

The very loud fire alarm woke us at 4.45 am and told us to evacuate the building multiple times. The owner did not handle it well, he gave no explanation and did not give clear instruction when it was ok to re enter units. The next morning he phoned at 10.10 am to ask us to hurry up. I had to ask why the alarm went off to be told there had been a bug. He had also told me on checking in, I would have been offered a cheaper price had I not have booked online.

Courteous and exceptionally helpful check in Room immaculately clean, furnishings appeared new Double glazed Spoke to a couple who were using the disabled accommodation on the ground floor, and they said that they were very pleased with the facilities. We strongly recommend this motel!!

On busy main road, but motel is set back from road and as it is double glazed the traffic noise is not bad..the higher the number of the room, the better. Some distance(2-3km) from the restaurants, but front desk will give you a map and recommendations which we found entirely satisfactory.

The parking, we arrived to the hotel and there was no parking so we had to park in a non designated space. It would have been nice to have milk for for coffee or tea in the fridge :)

Handy to places we visited--- Hanmer springs, Timaru, Greymouth, ChristChurch. The staff were very Friendly and helpfull and our stay was very enjoyable.

A little far away from town, but.........

The king size bed. Staff clean your room everyday, not that it really needed it. Helpful staff. Comfortable and warm during those colder nights. Very central for all of my work.

Can be very hard to exit motel during peak traffic hours.

The room was very well appointed with modern facilities. The manager had turned the heating on prior to my late arrival which was much appreciated when the outside temp was -4C. The motel was easy to find on the main road into Rangiora. I would stay there again.

The place was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Thougt the staff were fantastic. Only thing i would like to say is we went out for the day and got back late at night, the cleaning staff had turned off the heat pump so it was cold when we got back. Had a great time though and was very pleased with the accommodation. Thank you :-)
