Great size and location. Comfortable and modern.upgraded us to a 4 bedroom thanks.
Kitchen had very dirty dishes from dishwasher grime. Minimal equipment for cooking. Fuse kept blowing in kitchen 4 times.
i cannot fault this accomodation. Every part of the experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend it and will be back!
Everything was their absolutely loved it. Kitchen was great. Pool and spa facilities were great and only a 100 metres to the town centre and ferry. thanks Donna was a fabulous stay. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars from us.
Wow what a please, it was just like being at home. We never really left the property lol. As with the pool, nice outside area on our cottage we had no need. Would highly recommend to anyone amazing value and so well loved.
Travelling with frail elderly family members and the manager was very accommodating allowing us a 4 bedroom cottage which has a ground floor bedroom. Very helpful and very friendly. Thank you
Laid back atmosphere
Quality of accomodation
spacious, very comfortable, luxury interior, daily make up rooms, very pleasant property
sloping ceiling in bedroom - hit head twice clothes drier not working properly
Service was excellent - nothing seemed like too much trouble.
Great place to stay! Was warm and fire place was great! A++
Oven trays werent clean and covered in old food. Was no dish washing liquid to clean them. Just eat out and problem solved
Excellent place to stay with a family or a group as there is a very spacious living area with full kitchen and large dining table. Good pool area. Close to everything, but quiet and relatively secluded. Good quality carpets, beds, etc.
This lovely place was let down by poor kitchen utensils - e.g. no salad or fruit bowls, a peeler that didn't work, tatty table mats. If a full kitchen is offered, it needs to be properly equipped.
The cottage was nice a spacious and only a short walk to the Duke of Marlborough where we ate both nights. It was comfortable.
It was very very dark inside and hardly no natural light at all. We had to turn all the lights on even in the day time. The ensuite bathroom was very small with no bath so not a five star bathroom. I understand why as the layout of the cottage meant that as we had a "one bedroom" that we would have the downstairs bedroom, but should not be advertised as five star as very poky. I initially thought that we had been given a not so good cottage, but when I looked around at the others, I realised that we actually had the best one (no. 13) as the others had zero privacy on their decks. It was a strange set up and I don't think it "worked". I would make sure that all the curtains and lights are turned before anyone arrived as the first impression counts for so much and we were very disappointed on arrival as it was so dark.
Well laid out Quiet Great proximity to attractions
Heating wasn't very efficient and effective
Quality chattels, linen, bed. Comfortable. Friendly. Quiet.
No tea pot, even when asked for (trivial I know!). Very cold, hard to heat, heat seemed to be wasted by going straight upstairs. No bathroom fan. Shower door opened the wrong way. Key stopped working after first day.
Greta location, close to the village (within walking distance). Amazing facilities for the cost. It was a tastefully decorated apartment. It'd be great in summer.
No electric blankets. In winter could have done with a little more warmth but it wouldn't stop me returning.
Everything I I
A great place to stay in summer near the bay, restaurants, shop and wharf
10 am checkout
Definitely a 5 star
Good advice re restaurants
everything was great, as expected. Kids loved the pool.
there wasn't anything we didn't like, although I think wifi should be free in any hotel which it wasnt here, but hardly a major.
