the location and room was nice. actually get 2 hours total free wifi only 3 floors high but no lift for people not able to carry cases up the windy stairs. seemed a bit corporate in outlook

We liked everything about this motel. In a prominent position on the Marine Parade, it was possible to walk along the beach and also into the town centre of Napier. We had a fantastic spa bath in our room and everything else that we needed. Staff were particularly helpful and recommended a self drive wine trail arranged by a local deli with 4 course picnic to match the wine offered for tasting at the vineyards. What a wonderful day! Location of Shoreline is perfect and so is everything else. Didn't stay long enough!

Love the location as it is handy to walk to have a meal somewhere. The spa pool is always my main attraction. A place to take time to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet with the hubby away from the kids :) We have no negatives. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shoreline, just wish it could happen more often and for longer!!

Good location and tidy rooms My experience was not a good one as I put in comments that I wanted first floor sea views and when I arrived I was told I would not be getting a room to suit these requests. I will not book with you agian as this was a very bad experience.

This was a very spacious and well appointed suite. Staff was always available and helpful. The bed was perfect and the space was well designed with all the amenities. Our room didn't have a view but the quality, for the money, made up for it. This place is very well managed and I could not find any reason to fault it.

The layout of the room and Spa bath in the bedroom. Parking a bit restricted when busy although parking available on street. Could not upgrade after making a booking through Booking.com at this Motel as advised on arrival.

It was our first visit to Napier, all staff at the Shoreline Motel were very friendly and helpful. Everything that we needed was there,breakfasts were excellent. What a surprise to be able to borrow towels for the Ocean Spa,not something we expected.Great place,no complaints we will be back and recommend to friends and family.Loved it all.THANKS All
