Great facility, friendly management.

Traffic noise was inconvenient at times, but it was Easter,

I liked the fact that it was handy to where we were going in Thames. I enjoyed the Spa Bath, the private balcony.

The room was stuffy and needed a cooling system.. the fan provided just didnt help.

Location is not bad that you can go to coromandal via west coast. Thames is a small but very beautiful town.

The room was very nice and everything was well presented. The staff were very friendly and I would stay again

The smokers that congregated outside their front doors, talking loudly late at night and early in the morning and I walked out to be greeted by a wall of smoke. I couldn't leave my front door open. Also neighbours started spa bath at 10 p.m. sounded like a tractor!

Really enjoyed the proprietors, they were helpful and friendly. They were interested in what we were doing in Thames.

It was a little noisey due to the rooms being close to the road. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs outside the rooms for people who wanted to smoke or just to sit outside and relax.

Staff very friendly and even upgraded the room for free (we didnt ask for this)

Unfortunatley the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, the floor was very dirty with bits all over it, looked like it hadnt been washed in a long time. Glass in bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was filthy. Found dirty paper bags under the bed, whoever cleans the room does not do a good job!

Clean and handy to where we were going (swimming pool). Plunger coffee available.

My "studio" room was massive, very clean, well presented and equipped. I would have no hesitation staying there again. I even requested a late check out and they obliged without any additional charge.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, homely and comfortable. The bed was comfy and warm. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely stay, even though it was short.

Clean, tidy, easy access, friendly. Free dryer but pay for washing machine.

Would like to suggest the provision of towel rails in the bathrooms.

Dit motel is zn 4 sterren status niet waard. De douchkop heeft geen fatsoenlijke mengkraan en is niet in hoogte te verstellen waardoor je haren niet droog kan houden. De kitchenette mag grondig schoongemaakt worden, had een smoezelige look en feel. Ook het aanwezige meubilair is nodig aan vervanging toe met vlekken in de bekleding.

Prima bedden. Goede verwarming. Wasmachine en droger naast apartement.

The room we were in needed upgrading. Had to move the wardrobe thingy when I wanted to use the longer mirror.

Thames ist guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge (z.B.Cathedral Cove, Waihi, Auckland...)
