I loved 98% of the staff The selction of vegestras available in Fortuna resteruant. There was nothing available without either Ginger,Garlic as in potatoes, kumura to name a few. Being an English Guild chef myself I was very disapointed in the quality of food that was available. Sad to say I last came to this resturant 11yrs ago and it sure hasn't got any better

Lots to do. Plenty of entertainment. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. The bathroom was dirty in areas and needing some repair in others. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive for what we got. TV was disappointing and another opportunity for you to spend money just to view something tolerable. We were charged for parking however the casino staff were surprised because they say we could have got the parking for free with a voucher from them. Very disappointing.

Valet parking. Close to everything. Clean. Tidy. We got our room on a super saver deal but I wouldn't want to pay too much more compared to other hotels. Looking forward to staying again. Club near elevator too load. Room was freezing when we walked in had to turn it up took 10 min or more to heat. No milo or drinking chocolate in room only tea and coffee. Tv channels fair. Could have been a few more. We wanted to watch a movie but was not much to choose from so we didn'T. And in the bathrooms there is nowhere to put soap on vanity top. We left it on stone then we could not pick it up again after an hour as it was stuck. We still loved the room.

Excellent rooms. Large and modern. Nicely appointed. Loved it. In southern wing (closest to city) - noise from local places kept us awake till wee small hours.

Convenient location, access to entertainment including casino, Gym, including pool, 11am checkout enables breakfast and gym then shower without being rushed to be packed and out. Cafe at Skybridge convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Only issue was keys weren't working in the morning which was a nuisance once over at the gym quite a distance from reception. Other card was the same preventing husband getting back into room until getting help.

Everything about this hotel was great. From check in to check out the staff was helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the city which helped us exploring Auckland city life. All the great restaurants are closeby and the extra large queen size bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on.

The staff, every one was efficient, friendly, professional, especially the concierge desk, very switched on. Liked the security of the swipe cards for the lifts & doors. The rooms were immaculate & welcoming. Can't think of anything
