The room was comfortable and surprisingly cozy in spite of the mainly black-and-white color scheme. |

I had a newly refurbished room overlookig the inner courtyard. It was well furnished in contemporary style, spacious, clean and with a comfortable large bed and very quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. Arriving from England after a long flight I also enjoyed the rooftop swimmimg pool and views from the terrace. The ground floor cafe was pleasant and served a good brunch the following morning. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, particularly the porters/concierge. Arriving from England at 1pm I had requested an earlier check in than 3pm but room was not available and hotel was certainly very busy. However I was able to leave my luggage whilst I waited out the time.with a walk and a coffee. |

Clean, fresh newly refurbished room, easy locality in the city, pleasant staff The dining room for breakfast needs a revamp as it is fairly basic. The food was good though. |

I liked the close proximity to the central city. I enjoyed the heated pool, the casino and the hotel restaurants. I thought the $20.00 fee per day (and thats for EVERY time you exit the carpark) for onsite parking way too excessive. There should be free underground parking for Skycity Hotel guests. A biscuit(s) with the coffee/tea facilities and ice in the icebox of the fridge would be appreciated. |

The fact that it was easy to find, and parking the car. Very relaxing in the room, and good value for money as we got a good deal. Also we brought friend's who where on their way back to UK, and they where also very pleased. We would have liked to have eaten our evening meal at the top of Sky City, but we thought it was too expensive - sorry we ate out. |

The Xmas tree - service in Cafe / Bar on ground floor - good access to Convention Center Using room card to operate lifts was new to me. Checkin could help by advising of that requirement. |
