Room design ,very clean, comfortable bed, gym and laundry services, budget meal options, internet access, innovative alarm clock system, flexible meals in room options. Really enjoyed the technology in the room facilities. Service sometimes poor , difficult (impossible) to sleep if in room near adjacent night club because of noise from music at weekend, cafe service very slow if ordering from main menu instead of budget menu, car parking as advertised not true ...... actually had to park in multi-storied public car park down street from Hotel So ....which was fine but not what was expected at booking and unavailable on Sundays, No tissues in rooms. |

The thoughtful design features, proximity to CBD, taxis across the road, slick service, general upkeep - not bashed around especially things at ground level skirtings, doors etc... clean, great beds, real soap and shampoo not dispensers!, great meal $10 options, whole place smacks of a proud culture. Build more, one in Auckland and Wellington... I'll become a SO hotel regular as I travel to these cities once a month. Well done please value all your staff especially those that keep it so clean and well maintained. Breakfast needs to start at 6pm |

Central location and the shower.. No cooking / eating equipment in room when on-line advertisement said cooking facilities in room. . There, was no mention of extra cost. Patio door was reported broken on arrival ( Thursday ) and nothing was done about it, and a negative response from staff with repeated requests.. Noise!!!!! With nearby traffic and nightclubs id suggest double glazzing the windows. Small curtains on the small windows to stop being woken by sunlight. And for most of the visit one of the lifts was broken causing long delays and crowding.. |

It's central locality. Good vibe downstairs at reception/dining with music. Use of apple computers. The room was small, altough I was told it was the biggest, as it was a King room. |

Location, friendly staff and the funky/ spacey looking rooms The rooms were very small...... The pillows were really big and puffy and when I requested a small/ flat one. It did not come. The house cleaning was average. The bed did not look eny different from when we pulled the sheets over the bed. |

WIFI Internet included whithout limitations. The rooms are clean but without space to feel comfortable. Terrible kind of hotel, is like to stay in a submarine, even with rooms without windows. The modern design cannot avoid the sensation of oppression that you can feel even in the corridors. I don't want to think about the posibility of a fire in the hotel. |

Restaurant and bar were excellent and room technology very interesting; very convenient location for shopping and business. it would be good if there was a concierge to assist with baggage to reception - for a traveller alone with more than 1 case, it is very difficult to manage from the road to reception - once inside the hotel it would be ok as 1 bag could be left with the concierge. |

people were very friendly, the room was tidy and clean, the bed slept really well and I liked the funky features in the room. I was looking for a hairdryer, this is what I missed in the room. |

It's a different approach, clever and has a few surprises which I've never seen in other hotels Because they don't service your rooms, things like coffee/tea etc aren't topped up |

The service and the closeness to the city. The bargain deal - breakfast included!!! What a find the size of the room. I'd stayed there twice before, and even though those rooms were small, they were manageable, but this time, we were in an absolutely tiny room! |

Funky room - generally good in terms of price - 1st room had a faulty "mood light" switch and a faulty phone (i.e. couldn't call reception). 2nd room had a damaged sliding door (to the toilet), this was reported to reception. |

I liked the fact the Hotel was very modern and the use of space in the room was really good. We felt a bit cramped with the bed up against the wall and I didn't like not being able to see out the window or out anywhere else. There was some noise from downstairs, (a nightclub I think) which I knew about from Trip Advisor but luckily our room was high enough for it not to bother us. |
