I did not enjoy my stay, the actual versus reality of staying in a concept hotel is far from ideal. The advertisement does not adequatly explain services and conditions being cramped and exceptionally basic ( no coffee in room ect..) |

When I found the Hotel So on the internet I could not believe how cheap it was in comparrison with others I was looking at. It was almost one of those too good to be true finds. My husband said "just book it we got nothing to lose". When we arrived we were blown away at how trendy it was and right in the centre of town too. The staff were really helpful. It was an overall really good experience and would deffinitley come back. I think the only thing that we did not like was the fact that we had no window in our room. With no fresh air I woke up both mornings with a headache and felt really snuffly. |

easy to find, easy to check-in, bright rooms, functional even though small, comfortable bed, close to everything. great for the price and location early morning noise from rubbish collection on Mondays. The downstairs cafe service and food was not good and would not use again. |

Situation because very near the places in Christchurch that we wanted to see or visit. Restaurant staff very nice and food appeared very quickly. Great bed. Very small room with ensuite in the same space |

The staff are always pleasant and I often see the same faces each time I come, so they must enjoy working there! Comfy bed. Great breakfast. No cup/tea/coffee in room this time. Some rooms noisey. especially the rooms with windows on Sat nights. Miss the book swapping shelf. |

I enjoyed the modern decor and convienience of the in-room features such as the sleep/wake system and the ensuite with mood lighting. I did find the air conditioning a little loud and had to switch it off at night, but then got too hot as there are no opening windows. |

Great hotel staff where very friendly, bed could be a bit longer but otherwise first class. The breakfast was very nice, BUT main meal at night very average two out of three meal uneatable and third not worth the amount of money paid for it! Would not eat diner there next time we stay. Staff where great though very friendly and smartly presented. |

The design is awsome and the crew is allway happy and in a good mood. The neighborhood (maybe the bar in the groundfloor, or a club next door?) was too loud. We herad the music, the talking adn we stood at trhe 2nd floor! The aircondition was tooooooo loud! |

The unusual smallness of the unit and how everything fitted in with no wasted space. The strength of the shower was excellent. Having to go to reception to be given "2" t-bags and "2" sugar to make a cup of tea. We were told this was a budget move for budget accom. If you put a kettle and milk in the room, surely tea a coffee should be included. Glasses in room would have been nice too. |

moderate price, repsonsible personnel, nice design approach, great location, good facilities (iron, internet etc.) awful room size with bathroom and toilet included within about 8-9m2, this is totally inappropriate. the view from the window is also terrible - grey wall just behind you in 2 metres. though, this cannot be fixed... |

The ease of being in the city, so location was perfect. Also it has a very modern feel which is great as normally we stay in places with our 3 young children in places which are maybe a bit more practical. |

Clean, comfortable, functional and funky accommodation - perfect for those who primarily want a place to sleep rather than a room to hang about in while in Christchurch city. Not easy to park when first checking in. |

I did not know that there were no windows in the rooms. I felt very claustrophobic. We had booked online and I had not noticed anything about this in the write up. I would have liked to have known as I would not have chosen this hotel for our stay. I wouldn't go back again either. |
