hotel acogedor bien comunicado y con buena predisposición del personal del hotel para ayudar al cliente. Internet gratis, servicio de lavandaderia y pequeño gimnasio y spa (aunque esto no lo utlizamos) habitaciones muy limpias.

la verdad es que todo muy bien, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero para dormir no necesitamos que sean más grandes

Muy bien decorado y ambientado, internet gratis, muy buena ubicación.

En realidad lo corto que fue mi estancia en el solo estuve 2 noches.aunque el hotel de diseno es funcional y ofrece algunos servicios como son el de internet gratuito y cafeteria restaurante estos no funcionan bien.si contratais el hotel no lo hagais con el desayuno porque es una estafa.yo lo tenia asi contratado y de entrada lo unico que me incluyeron en el desayuno fue el pan y un poco de queso.todo lo demas a pesar de llevarlo pagado lo tuve que pagar.confio en que booking investigue eso por que yo pague 2 noches de desayuno y sin embargo ni el cafe estaba incluido.en que cabeza cabe un desayuno sin ningun tipo de bebida.ademas la actitud del mostrador ante las reservas que venian de booking eran mal vistas.

Me molesta muchisimo el engano.este supuesto hotel no deja de ser una pension de diseno disfrazada donde nadie te avisa que no tienes servicio de habitaciones y que si lo quieres tienes que pagar 15 dolares mas por dia.desde luego no es una buena opcion por mucho que te lo vendan muy bonito en internet ,por un poco mas encontraras cualquiera mejor.

Design was very stylish and the bar / restaurant was convenient and pleasant. The cost was affordable.

Rooms were small. Not sure I like the bathroom style. Opaque glass is not very private and the rooms are not big enough to accommodate the bathroom.

The hotel rooms were really 'pods', but cleverly equipped and suprisingly comfortable. The free wifi did not work in the room, but the free computers to use in the lobby were fine.The food at what bar was excellent- every meal and good value.

Functional and adequate design of the rooms

Hotel is trendy and interesting, well appointed technologically, modern. Value for money.

Very disappointing that we had a fire evacuation early in the morning that required guests to stand in zero degree temperatures outside the hotel on the footpath. We were allowed back inside after a while; however, were offered no explanation or apology form staff. Very disappointing.
