客房整洁，有序，设施较少，位置非常优越

房間設計非常新穎漂亮，麻雀雖小卻五臟俱全！雖然單人房沒有窗戶，但設計感非常現代！餐廳的食物也非常棒，- 服務態度非常好！樓下有4臺apple供客人使用，走路到中心教堂只要5分鐘，觀光購物超級方便！

接待處只有2個人，10點和2點左右(check in & check out)需要等上比較久的時間；客人的行李寄放處是開放式的，沒有鎖平時也沒有人定時查看，希望可以有比較- 安全的寄放，即使適當的收費也可以接受

地点不错，方便，闹中取静

打扫房间居然还要另外收费，从来没有遇到过，而且收费的告知是浅灰底白字，字体又小，让人觉得有斩客的嫌疑- 。

服务、设施、价格、地理均让我非常满意，并以独到的设计弥补了房间小的缺点。

No windows for a single room.

I was only there for short amounts of time, but I just relaxed in my room. Used the gym facilities and also the internet in the lobby.

the staff were friendly and the room was warm. good value

The only little complaint I had was it was quite noisy at night. On the first floor the party music is loud all through the night. so if I stayed again i would ask for a room on a different floor. Might be worth while saying to guests that it can be loud

I enjoyed the friendly service, free gym and sauna facilities. The location of the hotel was great, only minutes walk to the cathedral square and the gardens. I also liked the free wifi internet and the various appliances in the room such as a blow drier, mini fridge, water boiler which is very convenient during the stay.

The window could not be opened therefore there were no natural air while in the hotel room.

The location was brilliant- very central and close to everything.

The fridge didn't work and I had to ask for a cup in order to have a coffe

Modern, clean, quiet, amazingly comfy beds

The service was really good, with staff going that extra mile. I liked the modern design and the cleanliness of the facilities.

The room was too small for my needs.
