Lovely hosts, very welcoming. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice furnishings, homely. Train through the night was noisy.

Nice big comfy room for relaxing, watching tv, sleeping in. Hosts very friendly & obliging. Good breakfasts. Everything new, clean & nicely designed/coordinated. Extras like toffees, bath robe (for the midnight dash to the loo upstairs), chilled caraf of water in the fridge. Plenty of teas/coffees etc. Sky, wifi provided. Loud trains several times per night on the track at the back of the property. Shower/toilet was upstairs in the main house which was a bit awkward. No running water available in room for making tea coffee - upstairs with jug to get the water then back down to make a drink. Basin in shower/toilet room very small & difficult to clean teeth in for tall people. Owners could be heard walking upstairs, so we found ourselves whispering a lot.
